While there is much uncertainty these days in our nation’s capital, I assure you that stability and common-sense leadership will remain at the forefront of county government.

I am deeply disturbed by the recent actions of Locust Street Art
BUFFALO, NY — “I am deeply disturbed by the recent actions of Locust Street Art, which denied young Jewish students the chance to participate in a taxpayer-funded art program simply because of their faith. What Locust Street Art called ‘a lapse in judgment’ was really a blatant act of antisemitism.

STATEMENT FROM ERIE COUNTY REPUBLICAN CHAIRMAN MICHAEL KRACKER
BUFFALO, NY – “As the 2024 Legislative Session ends, the concerns of Erie County families have once again been ignored by the New York City politicians who control Albany. Erie County Democrats like Sean Ryan, Monica Wallace, Pat Burke, and Karen McMahon talk a big game at home, but behind closed doors in Albany, they fall in line with the far-left Democrats who are making life in our community unaffordable and less safe.

The state of Erie County is strong and it is getting stronger every day
I recently presented the 2024 State of the County address. I was happy to be in the presence of local elected officials, small business owners, leaders of various cultural and not-for-profit organizations, local high school students and various other community stakeholders as I shared my thoughts on the past year and what Erie County has planned as we continue to move forward by following my administration’s commitment to good government.

Summer brings enjoyment at county parks, golf courses and beaches
As the lazy days of summer continue here in Erie County, residents and visitors to our region should be reminded of the significant investments we’ve made in our public parks system, which includes two golf courses, two beaches and a campground. My administration remains committed to improving and enhancing the more than 12,000 acres of property that make up the Erie County Parks System.

Fill the Party County Committees!
At the June Primary in 2022 the Conservative, Republican and Democratic Parties will be filling seats on their respective County Committees. If you are interested for running for one of these seats (there are 2 in each Election District in Erie County) and you are a registered member of the Democrat, Republican, or Conservative Party you will need to circulate a designating petition and get the lower of 5% or 500 of your Party's active enrolled members who live in the Election District you are running in to sign it.

Warren - West Seneca needs to transfer its water to ECWA
In 2015 the Town bonded close to $8 million to perform repairs on our water system and to convert from a leased managed to direct service with the Erie County Water Authority. At the time we were told that the repairs would be completed in November 2016 with the transfer to ECWA to take place in early 2017. However, this does not to have been done since in the most recent budget we are still paying for the water districts.
