At the June Primary in 2022 the Conservative, Republican and Democratic Parties will be filling seats on their respective County Committees. If you are interested for running for one of these seats (there are 2 in each Election District in Erie County) and you are a registered member of the Democrat, Republican, or Conservative Party you will need to circulate a designating petition and get the lower of 5% or 500 of your Party's active enrolled members who live in the Election District you are running in to sign it. These signatures must be obtained between 3/1/22 and 4/7/22 and filed with the Erie County Board of Elections between 4/4/22 and 4/7/22.

YOU DO NOT NEED THE PARTY BOSSES PERMISION OR INVITATION TO RUN FOR THESE SEATS!!

The form designating petition is available here: https://www.elections.ny.gov/NYSBOE/download/law/DesignatingPetition.pdf

The office you will be running for is:

Member of County Committee
Town/City of ______________
Election District #____
Erie County
State of New York

You can get a list of registered voters using this online form: https://www.elections.ny.gov/FoilRequests.html#VoterRegData

The voter list will be final for purposes of this upcoming election on 2/21/22.
