Gorga: What I posted (#41) was sheer sarcasm.

The miscalculation ($0.0679 per $1,000 of assessed value) is so insignificant ($6.79) to total increase billed it’s announcement is laughable; most likely a diversionary tactic to obscure the significant increase.
