That dude never impressed me with his economic acumen, so politics would be fitting.

I think one of the comments in the Buffalo News sums it up best. If you have a federal problem, go to another congress Rep like Slaughter or Lee.

Schumer is too busy scoring points against the other party.

    I had the same experience.

Seems to be a lack of qualified candidates across the board so, sadly, I guess the question is how does his qualifications and economic acumen stack up against Schumer's?

In my opinion someone needs to challenge Schumer, Higgins and the rest of our Democrat Representatives and Senators. These bozos voted for the universal health bills, which I disagree with but their real total screw up was the way they voted for the bills. Democratic congresspeople in other states voted for the bills, but held off until they were offered "bribes" that ended up being worth hundreds of millions to the states they represented. Schumer, Higgins and our guys immediately jumped in and voted for these bills for "the good of the democratic party". The idiots should have been bright enough to hold out and at least get NYS some money before screwing us by voting yes on these bills.

smuck schumer...... Said a Not-Nice Thing About a Flight Attendant.... he is an ass!
smuck schumer's first mistake, Thinking that, because he is Chuck Schumer and he's working on important things, the rules governing cell-phone use on a plane prior to liftoff didn't apply to him.

smuck schumer's second mistake, suttering to Kirsten Gillibrand that a flight attendant who forced him to cut his call short was a "bitch."

smuck schumer's third, and fatal mistake sitting within earshot of a House Republican aide, who snitched to Politico.

You can't really blame him for his comment. I've been on a bunch of flights where the flight attendants were in a foul mood and I muttered "bitch" quite a few times. And, a few times when I muttered it, the flight attendant was male!!
