    Buying votes?

Conflict of interest? Illegal? Nah, the left is doing it so it must be okay.

    JUST MY OPINIONS:

There can be little doubt in the mind of any truly objective observer, is that what is currently happening on the streets of America, in the name of social justice and racial equality, is an audacious attempt at a Marxist revolution. This revolution, supported by the hard-Left of the Democrat Party, and silently encouraged from self-proclaimed "moderate Democrats," is being spearheaded by the pro-Marxist organization Black Live Matter, whose founders readily identify themselves as trained Marxist.

According to Yuri Bezmenov, a KGB operative, a key component to a Marxist takeover or revolution is to "Change the perceptions of reality."

Without intending to justify what I consider to have been a blatant disgusting murder, I consider the protests, purportedly in the name of George Floyd, are replete with examples of that "change." To wit:

    (1) The criminal history of George Floyd has been for the broad public consideration, sanitized in favor of a far more palpable public personae befitting a martyr. The public, in the name of racial justice, is expected to accept that new presentation without reference to the historic record.

    (2) All white people are now demanded to suspend their own perceptions of their personal life experiences, and openly admit to a privilege that many have never experienced.

    (3) All citizens are expected to view the police through the lens of the revolutionary eyes: The police are the stalking murders of blacks, and discharge their murderous desires with a whimsical disregard for human life, and without any sound legal purpose. The perception that the police are the protectors of life, property and the law simply is permissible.

    (4) The violence that is readily viewed on the television screen is a misperception. To the Marxist revolutionary, the video's perceived reality resides not in what one sees, but in the admonitive characterization of what one hears from sycophantic Leftist commentators: "This is a mostly peaceful protest." Indeed, by that logic, John Kennedy's 1963 trip to Dallas also was "mostly peaceful."

In point of fact, to the Marxist revolutionary, what transcends fact-based reality are prejudicially implanted perceptions. If the revolutionary can change the context, change the narrative, and change the issue, the revolutionary can change the mind, or something like that.

The issue of Justice Ginsberg is now the front-and-center issue of the Marxist perception rule.

The passing of any human life is tragic and sad. In my experience, the grieving process is assuaged by the celebration of the departed's unique personal life and legacy. Without regard to personal estate matters, I have never witnessed or experienced grief manifest itself in a unsought demand by mourners for all, less effected actors to comply with the decedent's purported un-rightful willing of a position of high office to very select players.

But, such is the case in the matter of the late Justice Ginsberg. Her death apparently has been seized upon by Leftist actors, and, in a brazen appeal to human emotions, they appear to be manipulating her passing to achieve their own sinister, self-serving interests.

Historically, when a leader of tremendous national stature dies, the nation has mourned its departure as a loss of a precious life, but heretofore, suggestively has honored its previously- held office by promptly filling the vacancy.

For example, within hours of the Lincoln death, the void in Presidential authority was filled by Andrew Johnson. While Johnson's ascension did not reduce grief, it did foster the promise of the uninterrupted continuance of the Presidency and of the Republic which had been so recently challenged. In the words of martyr-to-be President James A. Garfield, "God reigns, but the government at Washington lives."

The same held true in the wake of the passing(s) of Garfield, McKinley, Harding, Roosevelt and Kennedy.

In the instant Ginsberg case, the purported RBG comment, related by Ginsberg's granddaughter Clara Spera, "my most fervent wish is that I will not be replaced until a new president is installed," was shamelessly disseminated by the tactlessly bold revolutionary AOC, who suggested that Ginsberg's alleged death-bed wish transcends the Constitutionally prescribed-functions of the President and Senate, and that the absence of such conformity would be the equivalent of "playing with fire."

Those comments, along with the "arrows in my quiver" comment of Nancy Pelosi, seemed to invoke a lawless demand to be enforced by a threat and application of further lawlessness.

With that said, the foregoing, I believe, serves to illustrate the Left's reliance of perception change to advance its goals. It would appear, exclusively in the interests of advancing a liberal majority on the court, the Left is endeavoring to change the topical landscape of what should be an appropriate discussion of the qualifications of Ginsberg's successor, to a referendum on the perceived selfish and sinister character of those actors, non-compliant with Ginsberg's alleged wish, who are now charged with the required application of their respective Constitutional duties.

Simply put, the Left's thinly veiled argument on the issue of Ginsberg's successor is this:

"We want to ensure that our anticipated litigation of the untested mass mail-in ballots system must result in a Biden victory. To do that we need either a tie or a majority on the Supreme Court.

If Trump nominates and the Senate confirms a successor to Ginsberg, Biden is left at a disadvantage.

Trump and some Republican Senators are worthless human beings because they will not honor Ginsberg wishes, so American people, put pressure on your Republican Senators to vote our way or we will destroy the system that permitted Ginsberg to sit on the court."
Does not the Left's "Change Perceptions" tactics and its attendant demands concerning the SCOTUS appointment process, resemble to some extent those of the post-George Floyd murder demands?

    "Say His Name, or else!"

"On your knees and confess your white privilege, or else!"

"Yell out 'Black Lives Matter, or we'll smash your windshield!'"

Yep, we'll change the perceptions of reality, and you must except that change, or else, touts the Left.

Does not sound very American, unless America is run by Marxists, eh?

What will people be voting for

The mainstream media provides us with ‘hate’ Trump material ad nauseam. Other media outlets provide coverage not so kind to Biden or the Democratic Party – a different perspective, like today’s publications:

Kamala Harris criticized for lack of press availability: ‘What are they afraid of?’

    https://www.foxnews.com/media/kamala...s-availability

Hunter Biden received $3.5M wire transfer from Russian billionaire: Senate report

    https://nypost.com/2020/09/23/hunter...n-billionaire-
    report/amp/#referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com&amp_tf=From%20%251%24s

What all this political claptrap results in is a number of independent voters who find both candidates distasteful liars and will cast votes based on what candidate / party best serves their interests when it comes to:

Covid and the blame game nonsense - Biden blames Trump for 200,000 Covid deaths

Party ideology – traditional vs. Marxist socialism

    Health Care

    The second Amendment

    The next supreme court justice

The electoral college and its continuance, and the Republic we live in

    Racism

The Police and law and order

The military and the veterans who fought for and died for this Country

The honoring of our Flag, or its desecration

The right to speak our opinion without censoring / fear of intimidation or retribution

    Secure or open border

Sanctuary Cities and illegal immigrant rights

The right to praise my God without fear

    Abortion

    Good vs. against evil

The party that supports an investigation to find who is funding the recent riot insurrectionists and those 'aiding and abetting' criminal actions – and ending the anarchy.

Some people will not be voting for a presidential candidate but for the future of their country.

    Ok, we get it

Black Lives Matter and we agree wholeheartedly that peaceful protest is acceptable and that police reform in the sense of transparency, openness, and accountability is necessary.

That said, the organized violence and insurrection taking place by extremists is taking away from the BLM message and public support. It is time for the violence to end and those responsible for its funding and complicity to be identified.

House Republicans urge FBI to investigate funding behind recent riots

    https://www.foxnews.com/politics/hou...-funding-riots

“The Department of Justice and FBI’s leadership is needed to bring to justice those who have funded these criminal organizations and to give justice to the communities who have been devastated by these individuals and organizations,” reads the letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray, signed by Rep. Andy Biggs., R-Ariz., along with nearly two dozen other Republicans.

These actions constitute domestic terrorism and federal charges must be brought against those who are aiding and abetting the criminal actions of these organizations.”

The letter comes days after an estimate that the summer riots will be the costliest in insurance history – between $1 billion and $2 billion.

    Trumpster Manifesto

While Biden is adored by a liberal mainstream media predicting Trump’s election defeat, there are Trumpsters who think differently. The following opinion was posted on the White House page.

    Message to leftists:

If you are a liberal who can’t stand Trump, and cannot possibly fathom why anyone would ever vote for him, let me fill you in:

It’s not that we love Donald Trump so much.

We will do whatever it takes — even if that means electing a rude, obnoxious, unpredictable, narcissist (your words not ours) to the office of President of the United States — because the thing we find more dangerous to this nation than Donald Trump is YOU.

How is that possible you might ask?

Well, you have done everything in your power to destroy our country.

From tearing down the police, to tearing down our history, to tearing down our borders.

From systematically destroying our schools and brainwashing our kids into believing socialism is the answer to anything (despite being an unmitigated failure everywhere), while demonizing religion and faith, and glorifying abortion, violence, and thug culture.

From calling us racists every time we expect everyone of any skin color to follow our laws equally to gaslighting us about 52 genders, polyamory, grown men sharing public locker rooms with little girls, and normalize the sexualization of young children, you simultaneously ridicule us for having the audacity to wish someone a “Merry Christmas” or hang a flag on the 4th of July, stand for the national anthem, or (horror of horrors) don a MAGA hat in public.

    So much for your “tolerance.”

(See why we think you are just hypocrites??)

We’re also not interested in the fact that you think you can unilaterally decide that 250 years of the right-to-bear-arms against a tyrannical or ineffective government should be abolished because you can’t get the violence in the cities you manage under control. That free speech should be tossed out the window, and that those who disagree with your opinions are fair game for public harassment or doxing. That spoiled children with nose-rings and tats who still live off their parent’s dime should be allowed to destroy cities and peoples livelihoods without repercussions. That chaos, and lawlessness, and disrespect for authority should be the norm.

This is your agenda. And you wonder why we find you more dangerous than Donald Trump?

Your narrative is a constant drone of oppressor/oppressed race-baiting intended to divide the country in as many ways as you possibly can. You love to sell “victim-hood” to people of color every chance you get because it’s such an easy sell, compared to actually teaching people to stand on their own two feet and take personal responsibility for their own lives and their own communities and their own futures. But you won’t do that, you will never do that, because then you will lose control over people of color. They might actually start thinking for themselves, God forbid!

This is why we will vote for Donald Trump:

Not because he is the most charming character on the block.

Not because he is the politest politician to have ever graced the oval office.

Not because he is the most palatable choice, or because we love his moral character or because the man never lies, but because we are sick to death of you and all of the destructive crap you are doing to this once beautiful and relatively safe country.

Your ineffective and completely dysfunctional liberal “leadership” (?) has literally destroyed our most beautiful cities, our public education system, and done it’s darndest to rip faith out of people’s lives.

However bad Donald Trump may be, and he is far from perfect, every day we look at you and feel that no matter what Donald Trump says or does there is no possible way he could be any worse for our country than you people are.

We are sick to death of your stupid, destructive, ignorant, and intolerant behavior and beliefs — parading as “wokeness.” We are beyond sick of your hypocrisy and B.S.

We are fed up with your disrespectful divisiveness and constant unrelenting harping and whining and complaining (while you live in the most privileged nation in the world), while making literally zero contributions of anything positive to our society. Your entire focus is on ripping things down, never ever building anything up. Think about that as there is something fundamentally very wrong in the psychology of people who choose destruction as their primary modus operandi.

When Donald J Trump is reelected, don’t blame us, look in the mirror and blame yourselves. Because you are the ones that are responsible for the rise of Donald Trump. You are the ones who have created this "monster" that you so despise, by your very actions. By your refusal to respect your fellow Americans, and the things that are important to us.

You have made fun of the “fly-over states,” the people who “cling to their guns and religion,” the middle class factory workers and coal miners and underprivileged rural populations that you dismissively call “yahoos” and “deplorables.” You have mocked our faith and our religion. You have mocked our values and our patriotism. You have trampled our flag and insulted our veterans and treated our first responders with contempt and hatred.

You have made environmentalism your religion, while trashing every city you have taken responsibility for. You scream from the rooftops about “global warming” and a “green new deal” while allowing tens of thousands of homeless people to cover your streets in literal ***** and garbage and needles and plastic waste without doing a single thing to help them or solve the environmental crisis your failed social policies are creating. But we’re supposed to put you in charge of the environment while gutting our entire economy to institute this plan when you can’t even clean up a single city?

You complain — endlessly — yet have failed to solve a single social problem anywhere. In fact, all you have done is create more of them.

We’ve had enough. We are tired of quietly sitting by and being the “silent” majority. So don’t be surprised when the day comes when we finally respond. And trust me it’s coming, sooner than you might think. And trust me when I say it won’t be pretty. Get ready.

When Donald Trump is reelected it will be because you and your “comrades” have chosen to trash the police, harass law-abiding citizens, and go on rampages destroying public property that we have all paid for and you have zero respect for.

When Donald Trump is reelected it will be because we are sick of your complete and utter nonsense and destruction. How does it feel to know that half of this country finds you FAR more despicable than Donald J. Trump, the man you consider to be the anti-Christ?

    Let that sink in.

We consider you to be more despicable, more dangerous, more stupid, and more narcissistic than Donald Trump. Maybe allow yourself a few seconds of self-reflection to let that sink in. This election isn’t about Donald Trump vs. Joe Biden. This is about Donald Trump vs YOU.

So if on the morning of November 4 (or more likely January 19, by the time the Supreme Court will weigh in on the mail-in ballot fiasco that we are headed towards), and Donald J. Trump is reelected, the only people you have to blame is the left-wing media drones and yourselves.

    You did this.

    Yep, you!

    Prepping for the debate

So much to think about for tomorrow’s presidential debate.

Mainstreet media accuses Trump of being responsible for the Covid deaths of 200,000 Americans, anarchy and violence on our streets, the diminishment of the economy and high unemployment, tax evasion, hair style expenses, Supreme Court nomination, etc., etc. The mainstream media does another excellent job of reporting on this so-called miscreant today.

From the other side, we hear of the evils of socialism and a different rendition of street violence cause.

I supported Kathy Hochul when she ran for Erie County Clerk. In that office, she did a very good job.

I voted against her after she briefly served in Congress, because I perceived her to be a puppet of Nancy Pelosi.

    She continues to disappoint me...

    Tonight's debate loser - America

What a vile, disgusting display by both candidates that only helped to make America the world's ****hole tonight!

    A total embarrassment!

A loud-volume, near-unintelligible pissing contest, involving a moderator with the disposition of a schoolmarm, shamelessly biased in favor of constantly reprimanding the class smart guy, while faithfully turning a deaf ear to the sneaky, lying, gossipy, mischief-making, low intellect teacher's pet.

My Take On Watching The Debate:

Trump looked tense, most probably eager to seize an opportunity to speak over the Mainstream Media and set straight the record distorted by four years of Leftist propaganda applied strictly to malign him.

In a nutshell, Trump was his usual, and expected, loud, assertive self, fighting to level a prejudiced playing field.

Biden, most probably confident of moderator bias in his favor, displayed the overall appearance of a near-emaciated, confused old man, standing in the aisle of a department store, searching for the friend who had promised to help him with his packages and take him home.

If anyone will say that Biden looked "good," they will obviously be referring to the type of "good" ascribed to a corpse lying in repose ( "Doesn't he look good?").

Biden was insulting and disrespectful. In my experience, one simply does not say "Shut-up" to the President of the United States, nor absent solid factual proof, label anyone, especially the President, a "racist." Biden said both.

Biden throughout the debate, appeared at times to have some problems forming a coherent sentence (He almost said 200,000,000 again when referring to COVID numbers, eh?) and appeared to loose energy at the end of the ruckus.

Wallace was IMHO, a disgrace, and seemingly did not perform the role of impartial referee. Rather, he seemed to be Biden's supporting partner in a one-against-two tag team; all the earmarks of a petty elementary school teacher, who is overtly biased in favor of reprimanding the class wiseass and faithfully turning a deaf ear to the sneaky, lying, gossipy, mischief-making, teacher's pet.

At this point, I don't think it will prove decisive and most probably did not change the minds of their respective bases. Personally, I think it was so noisy and confused that many undecideds are just disgusted, although some may have a knee-jerk reaction and favor Biden. But, IMHO. after a day or so, they will become undecided once again.

The exchange that has received what I consider to be inadequate attention is Biden's comments suggesting that the ACA and Roe v Wade are "on the ballot."

Does not that not politicize the SCOTUS process?

If so, does it not seem that the Democrats can no longer call foul on Trump and the Senate moving forward on Barrett?

If voters are the ultimate determinant for the future status of those Supreme Court decisions, should not the existent "will of the people" as expressed through the 2016 and 2018 elections be urgently applied; that to do otherwise, would be to honor an ANTICIPATED will of the voters over the unquestioned PREVAILING will of the people?

Since the resident substantive aspects of the debate were reduced by the distractive, almost incoherent noise, I have attached the full transcript.

When you read the words, you will remove what I consider to be the intentional drama. Actually, there appears to be some good stuff in there, particularly regarding Trump's effort to call-out nearly four years of censored or otherwise biased news. Some of the words, if taken at face value, stridently expose Biden's lies, cover-ups, and his political emasculation by the extreme Left of the Democrat Party.

    But, what do I know?
