    Building Better Under Biden

The Biden administration is reportedly spending over $60 million per week to shelter unaccompanied illegal minors.

“What we know is this: racism is a serious public health threat that directly affects the well-being of millions of Americans,” Rochelle Walensky, the CDC director, said in a statement. “As a result, it affects the health of our entire nation.” Racism? Seriously?

While it is ok to ask a 30-year experienced black Civil Rights attorney when he was last in a ghetto, it seems inappropriate to question Biden and Harris on their not visiting the border – the place where 2 children were dropped 14 feet from the top of the border wall and abandoned by smugglers (as was another child), where terrorists, gang members and illegal drugs are illegally entering the country.

President Biden had previously promised not to build "another foot of wall" during his presidency. The Biden administration is planning to continue limited construction. Ilhan Omar criticized President Biden for "continuing the construction of Trump's xenophobic and racist wall."

And here in New York, flush with stimulus money Cuomo has $2 billion of stimulus money in the budget going to undocumented workers who were out of work because of Covid and ineligible to receive federal stimulus aid. How much are those small business owners getting? You know the ones who are now being once again being restricted from staying open after 11 pm because of fear of Covid spread - but at the illegal border crossings where many individuals go Covid unchecked, oh well! Hypocrisy? Indeed!

The mainstream media continues its focus on savaging Trump, DeSantis and every Republican move while propping up the Bidens and the cackling, but border missing, mute Harris.

How’s that progressive socialism working out for you?

    Joe Biden’s Trojan horse presidency

Breezy, my man, help me out here. What is going on with your man Biden. You promised me the lying, do nothing Trump was going to be replaced by a moderate Biden who would bring national unity, political bipartisanship and avoidance of radical left policies that sure look like full blown socialism policies to me.

BTW – that ****storm at the border is his doing. Spare me it's Trump's fault BS! Real smart for him to dump it into the hands of ‘Harris the mute’. While the border burns the border czar is in a doughnut shop filling her face.

Joe Biden was elected president after a campaign rooted in rhetoric emphasizing unity, moderation, and compromise. But with every day that passes, the veneer of centrism that got him elected over rivals such as Sen. Bernie Sanders becomes more distant a memory.

Simply put, it sure seems like “moderate Joe” was a thin facade used to usher an ultra-progressive agenda in the backdoor. It resembles a Trojan horse:
This flirtation with radicalism is just the latest development in a series of extreme Biden administration policy overhauls that make former President Barack Obama seem like a conservative in comparison.

To make the extreme nature of this spending even more apparent, consider that Biden immediately followed this plan up with a plan for at least $2.25 trillion more in so-called “infrastructure” spending. To put that gargantuan figure in context, it’s an additional $15,701 per federal taxpayer on top of the $6 trillion-plus we’ve already spent over the last year.

Of course, less than half of this “infrastructure” money is actually transportation infrastructure spending. From $20 billion blown out on “racial and environmental justice” to $175 billion for electric vehicle subsidies to hundreds of billions for public schools and public housing, it’s a "Green New Deal"-style partisan spending blowout masquerading as unobjectionable transportation legislation.

    Infrastructure bill, eh?

30% of the $2 trillion infrastructure bill goes to infrastructure & transportation. Of that $115 billion (less than 6%) goes toward roads and bridges.

Not to worry Pelosi and Schumer are extending a bipartisan hand to the Republicans and Sanders is quoted as saying: “I think the American people want us to take a very broad look at what infrastructure means, and to address these crises, as soon as possible,” said Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., who leads the Budget Committee.

It is highly likely that we will get screwed by both sides in the spending frenzy.

Biden's Infrastructure Push Spurs a Flurry of Lobbying in Congress

    https://news.yahoo.com/bidens-infras...115606308.html

Members of Congress have begun a frenzy of lobbying to ensure that their pet projects and policy priorities are included in President Joe Biden’s $2 trillion infrastructure and jobs plan, eager to shape what could be one of the most substantial public works investments in a generation.

In an email sent to congressional lawmakers last week, officials from the Transportation Department provided preliminary details on how $621 billion of Biden’s proposal could be spent on transportation and infrastructure projects. The largest allocations included $174 billion for electric vehicles, with another $115 billion to repair and build roads and bridges.

Officials proposed $85 billion for public transit, $25 billion for airports and $17 billion for ports and waterways. The email, obtained by The New York Times and first reported by Roll Call, stressed that the numbers outlined were preliminary and could be revised during negotiations.

Redefining set terminology, re-writing or discarding existing rules, and demonize those that stand in opposition with scurrilous characterizations; radical Marxist tactics on full display in support of America's "New Normal" era to most probably be known as the "Great Reset," eh?

    What's really behind Joe Biden's far-left swing?

    Spot on!

Breezy, where are you? You promised me this wasn’t going to happen. Biden was not going socialist and unlike Trump there would be no scandals.

    The following report says otherwise:

    The three hypocrites

    Biden

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/polit...?ocid=msedgntp

His chameleon lack of principle was glaring during the election, in which he won the primary in the guise of a centrist to defeat his extremist rivals, then executed a violent handbrake turn and hurtled back leftward. There, he allied himself with Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and the socialist wing — it’s actually less a wing, now, and more the main body — of the blue party.

    Harris

Harris’ failure to visit the border.

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/polit...?ocid=msedgntp

    Kerry

Climate czar demanding pollution outputs from companies while flying the world in his personal jet.

    Inflation – not to worry!

Many of us have reasons to be concerned about the rising cost of living – especially those of us on fixed incomes. Skyrocketing increases in energy, housing, groceries, outside dining, etc., are evident.

Despite the Consumer Price Index rise of 0.6%, its fastest monthly increase in more than a decade, Biden assures us all is okay. He hasn’t lied to us yet, right?

In a New York Times report today, President Biden and his financial team tell us not to worry:

Traditional readings of price increases are beginning to turn upward as the recovery accelerates. On Tuesday, the Consumer Price Index rose 0.6%, its fastest monthly increase in more than a decade, while a less volatile index excluding food and energy rose a more muted 0.3%.

Would Biden’s plans for a $1.9 trillion economic rescue package and additional government spending overheat the economy and fuel runaway inflation?

After mounting a major effort to track inflation risks, President Biden’s economic team, including Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, has found there is little risk of inflation spiraling out of the Federal Reserve’s control.

Court packing, reparations, and the filibuster

Democratic leaders are tapping the breaks on some of the most liberal agenda items pushed by their far-left flank in the House and the Senate.

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/polit...?ocid=msedgntp

Polls show that voters disapprove of packing the high court, and they do not support providing reparations for slavery. In October, a Washington Examiner/YouGov Poll found that registered voters disapproved of expanding the Supreme Court, 47% to 34%

Reparations fare even worse in polls. A June 2020 Reuters/Ipsos poll found that only 1 in 5 people support "taxpayer money to pay damages to descendants of enslaved people in the United States."

Democrats appear to be leaning on President Joe Biden to take executive action on some of the more politically treacherous liberal agenda items. If Biden doesn’t play along, the Democrats will try to kill the filibuster.

Rules, they don’t need no stinking rules. They will just change them. Today’s democracy in action by the left. Public opinion? Ignore!

Whenever I say to myself, "this can't get worse than this.." something else comes along. Our "resident President" is not making the decisions nor is VP resident Harris. Who is? I have my suspicions and it isn't pretty....

    What border crisis?

Did you read in today’s mainstream media what’s taking place at the border? Outside of being told that Harris declares again that the border crisis is not her responsibility, as we thought Biden charged her, me neither.

While the chaos continues, where children are suffering intolerable abuse, where illegal immigrants are escaping capture at more than double the pace of a year ago, the focus is on everything but the crisis.

The Hill did post a report on the situation at the border and for possible resolve, one that would be abhorrent to an administration that is going out of its way to destroy every vestige of the Trump legacy. Trump's border plan wasn't working anyway, right?

BTW – Who is really running the country and taking it far left?
