My perspective differs from yours, Mark

In summing up his 11-point list, Gingrich aptly states issues plaguing the country and the need for open discussion and compromise resolve in the best interest of the U.S, citizen.

Such conversation is no longer possible with a nation divided by political parties and a media that is no longer interested in serving public interest, but their own. They all manipulate the narrative, or outright lie, regal in their opponents' failures, dare not offer any assistance for resolve, and leave the public to discern who is telling the truth or what candidate is really the lesser of two evils.

The public is not as dumb as they would like us to believe. As Biden’s poll numbers indicate, the public put into office what many of us of age knew, he was never fit to be president. Just like he is not a moderate, but the socialist he denied being, and becoming more left by the day. He won because of the hate for Trump – not altogether misdirected.

Did Trump lie? Indeed! Does Biden, his Party, and supporting left media lie? Big time and Biden’s poll numbers indicate the public have had enough. The Democratic Party is now sounding alarms that their party could face even deeper election losses than anticipated without a major shift in strategy led by the president.

America in the last year has gotten a taste of socialism and Marxist precepts that have adversely impacted its citizens’ lives, threatened free speech, and is the real threat to American democracy. Even Sanders suggests a reset and change in direction.

“I think millions of Americans have become very demoralized – they’re asking, what do the Democrats stand for?” said Sen. Bernie Sanders, the Vermont independent in charge of the Senate Budget Committee. In a lengthy interview, he added, “Clearly, the current strategy is failing, and we need a major course correction.”

A conversation, a debate, an exchange of opinion is near impossible today without the party opposing left ideology is met with charges of racism and fear of cancel culture shaming / repudiation / retribution.

As Gingrich aptly states: Take these 11 serious realities—which threaten the lives, safety and freedom of the American people—and then watch the current political-news media theatre. You will understand the contrast between the futile arguing into which we are trapped and the honest, adult conversations we need.

Two old guys in the 2024 presidential race equally hated, an inept Harris, and Hillary's name coming up again. We are trapped and so screwed!
