So, where does your political viewpoint come from? If you favor the left and socialism does your information come only from biased liberal media outlets? Media filled Trump hating narrative content – filled with ‘sources tell us’; Trump may do this or that; Trump is a racist; democracy and rule of law is threatened under Trump, etc.. And if one dares to speak out against such rhetoric by the media or the politically correct left, he or she is labeled a ‘deplorables’ - and much worse.

And then there’s the hard-right media and their pundits who believe Trump can say do no wrong and is misunderstood. They will eschew everything Trump says, do everything they can to correct his missteps, except get him to shut his mouth.

Where do moderates find a media outlet today with journalists that report the news impartially? And if an individual dares to question the ideology or philosophy of either party, they should expect to be ridiculed or labeled with some undeserving, demeaning taunt.

We well know the monster Trump can be – and the direction he is taking the country in. On June 26, when the Democratic primary debates begin, we will see other monsters arise and the direction they hope to take the country in.

If the candidates move further left with their democratic-socialist agenda, push Biden further left or out the door, where will the moderates go. Recent polls show Biden, Sanders and Warren beating Trump. The primaries have yet to begin, 17 months to go to Election Day and the Trumpster is already pronounced a loser. Kinda heard that a few years ago.

Should the Democrats make the same dastardly mistake Clinton made in 2016 by mocking voters taking issue with any of their agenda items and/or thinking of voting for Trump, those polls will turn in a hurry. The country is seeing an increase in registered independent voters. Why? Because people are tired of hearing the BS from both partisan major parties and their reluctance to act in the best interest of the country.

    WELL PLAYED PRESIDENT TRUMP

During the Cuban Missile Crisis, an American U-2 was shot-down over Cuba while gathering intelligence on October 27, 1962.

The rules of engagement for such an attack, adopted October 23, 1962, called for limited air strikes against the anti-aircraft SAM sites.

Kennedy rapidly recognized that the attack may have been the result of a mistake by a trigger-happy commander, and, outrage by his military chiefs notwithstanding, the President took the position that the attack on the U-2 "may appear more aggressive" than was the actual Soviet/Cuban intent.

Kennedy postponed any retaliation while the shoot-down was investigated. While the investigation was underway, an agreement over the nuclear missiles was reached, and World War Three was averted.

President Trump, like Kennedy in 1962, yesterday carefully considered the true Iranian intent, and acted prudently in America's self-interest.

    Are you kidding me ??????

Every single military expert this morning on the news shows say this is the worst thing possible, ordering a strike then backing down at the last minute.

Such an idiotic statement but what else is new!

Sounds like a clown who cowers behind his couch fearing harm to himself and his family when a political candidate knocks at his door, only to endorse this very same door knocker in the next election.

That's why you have zero credibility on here, no matter how many useless posts you offer.

    General "Breezy?

Did Bruso get you that promotion too? General "Breezy" apparently is still fighting a four-year old war.

    As always, stuck on stupid.

If you were actually reading, and not reacting like the partisan hack that you are, to my comments, regarding the 2015 issues, you would know that our concerns stemmed from the possible impact on the disabled population.

As an elected official, the Council Member's work in support of the disabled population has been outstanding and very impressive.

Anyway, it beats supporting "Councilman Colecraft."

In 2017, in a letter to voters, Ron Ruffino said:

"From day one, I have promised that I am for the people, and refused to be controlled by party bosses. I am very proud to say, I have not deviated from that promise."

If those words were sincere, perhaps Mr. Ruffino can explain why he supports the rejection of an eminently qualified incumbent Democrat Town Clerk, who refused Democrat party pressures to stock the Town Clerk's office with patronage appointees, and supports a candidate for Town Clerk, who I understand may have been imposed on the Lancaster Town Democrat Committee, and who herself seems to hold a patronage pedigree?

    Have a good day Bobby.

Haha, that’s rich, the hypocrites on the left roast trump either way. Another negotiating tactic done by him which for some reason those who haven’t read his books or taken a few notes of what he has done just don’t seem to understand.

The “military experts” on the talking head morning shows? Yes , political generals that have much credibility. MSNBC goes general shopping for a liberal general and Fox goes general shopping for a conservative general.

Talk about someone with zero credibility, Breezy is in the lead.

Don't forget to salute the General, Dan.

"Breezy," the general with the insights and credibility of "Baghdad Bob," er, Bobby.

    BTW "Breezy,"

I know you don't understand squat about military affairs and history, and used this thread just as an excuse to subtly do the work of your party bosses to comment on the Lancaster races.

Really in a hard place, huh "Breezy?:" A patronage-reliant clown caught between two warring Democrat factions, who doesn't know where its next meal will be coming from after January 1, 2020.

Talk about cowering behind a couch, or is it under a table? YIKES!

    But I digress.

While your so-called "military experts" are talking on the MSM, the JCS are actually dealing with the situation. I understand, the views of Pomepo and Bolton notwithstanding, they argued for caution.

Now, back to work Bobby, you are up here on the taxpayer's dime.

According to the newly elected three wise women of Congress, I am being considered more despicable than the ‘deplorable’ political identity label given me early on

Dare I opine that as we as a sovereign need a border wall to help control illegal entry, I am considered a heartless xenophobe, more likely a racist.

One of the media’s anointed wise women declared there are concentration camps in America. When called out on it by others, she pulls, back her use of the term to indicate they are not ‘death camps’ as in WWII, but internment camps. Imagine that, the individuals confined in today's camps either entered our country illegally or claiming to be ‘refugees’ seeking asylum from persecution and we should just allow them to roam the country without being vetted.

Some are entering the country illegally from as far away as Africa. Where did they get the means to come here? How bad off are they? 50% of Americans are living paycheck-to-paycheck, one catastrophe away from ruin; and often not getting any free ****. Are these individuals being imprisoned and detained from going back home?

While the liberal media fawns over their newly appointed Democratic Party leader and spokesperson, Ocasio Cortex, I find her to be provocative and filled with grandiose rhetoric, mostly directed at how bad this country has become with no insight to pragmatic solutions, where she is limited in knowledge in economics and foreign affairs, and has pledged to be a non-compromising socialist. And, she is dragging the party and its presidential candidates further left. Uncle Joe is dead meat.

Is this the Hope & Change Obama fostered? Where are the Democrat moderates? Those of us old enough to remember never would have thought a day would ever come where our country would be so divided, so ready to accept a socialist system of government.

Income for individuals who refuse to work, imagine that? Vacuum systems that will clean the air, the New Green Deal, estimated to cost $93 trillion, and paid for only by the rich, really?

    Scary world!

Chomping at the bit to listen to the Democrat Party candidates debate Wednesday night to further enlighten me why Trump is a complete buffoon, unpresidential and a threat to our democracy and world peace, and why their agendas and ideology is worth my consideration. Can't wait to hear:

Sanders’ plan to pay off $1.6 trillion of student debt, provide free tuition, establish and pay for a Medicare Plan for all, and all in for the New Green Deal.

How the other candidates feel about a program to give 'free money' to those who refuse to work – and justify it.

How the grandiose New Green Deal will be paid for, the environmental impacts from mining rare earth materials, the need for current fossil fuel energy source to provide for solar and wind products, and the affordability to the middle class. Currently cellular operated vehicles cost in the mid $30's and only get 200-250 miles of use before needing a charge.

What their border crisis solution is, why they think they are not part of the problem and what they are contributing to solve the border crisis problem.

Why sanctuary cities make sense, where they believe illegal immigrants have the same rights as American citizens, where we have a ‘humanitarian’ obligation to provide billions in resources to care for illegals when 50% of our citizens are living paycheck-to-paycheck and seniors are being told Social Security is in trouble and cutbacks could be a reality.

I am interested in hearing of an economic plan they speak of that will address the failing one in place, and the basis of their claim that the upswing in our economy and low employment rate can be attributed to Obama - who once stated that the GDP would never exceed 2.0%. Isn't it ironic that our country has become so seriously flawed and yet people from other countries are busting down the doors to get in

Waiting to see how ‘Biden the Moderate’ reacts when under fire from the radical left candidates attempting to derail his campaign. Does he stand his ground or go further left as he has been doing?

New York Mayor de Blasio says he’s nervous on what to talk on. How about getting rid of the 30 million rats in New York City and cleaning up the streets and subway.

Where all the candidates mock Trump for his ‘Executive Order’ style of governing, I wait to hear how many times I will hear the same from the candidates – many of whom have already stated that when they get elected they will immediately sign an ‘Executive Order’ pushing their agenda.

Will they be able to convince me that socialism is the right path or will I remain a ‘deplorable’? After all, the polls are once again indicating Trump is dead meat and the country is leaning to socialism and all that free stuff.

Mueller is going to testify before House committees about his findings.

I can not wait for the Republican cross-examination(s).

Specifically, I eagerly await Mueller's response to this anticipated Republican question:

"The Steele Dossier was the basis for the FISA warrants.

When did you first know that the substance of that dossier was garbage, and that the entire "Collusion" narrative was political BS?"

Despite claims the two Democratic Party debates were boring, that there was bias shown by the moderators, I found them interesting in that they gave the listener a good perspective as to the candidates ideology. Most of what I was hoping for and expected were realized.

    First debate

Trump was attacked relentlessly and even deemed a racist.

Candidates were asked whether their health care plans would get rid of private insurance in favor of single-payer health care. Only Warren and de Blasio raised their hand.

The idea that taxpayers pay for rich kids’ tuition was challenged.

Most candidates favor decriminalizing illegal entry into the United States.

The pandering by those speaking Spanish was distasteful.

    Second debate

All candidates raised their hands when asked if they would support a health care plan that would cover undocumented immigrants.

There was a definite overall shift to the left – even by Biden. Former Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper predicted that an aggressive lurch to the left on key policies would ultimately hurt Democrats’ quest to defeat Trump. “If we don’t clearly define that we are not socialists, the Republicans are going to come at us every way they can and call us socialists,” he warned.

Sanders declared he would go after Wall Street and the banks to pay for his lavish ‘free stuff’ spending proposals -then conceded he would raise middle class taxes.

There were zero questions asked about the national debt in either debate.

Marianne Williamson calls for reparations, after debate skirmish over South Bend shooting.

Bernie Sanders Reveals How He’ll Forgive $1.5 Trillion Student Loan Debt: Tax Wall Street.

Former Vice President Joe Biden on Thursday bizarrely pledged during the second 2020 Democrat presidential debate to make defeating President Donald Trump his first priority if elected to the White House. He wasn’t the only candidate making the same gaff.

There was no doubt that in the first two debates immigration is and will be the most polarizing and defining issue in the next 17 months. Whether the U.S. remains a sovereign nation with border control rights and whether it remains a rule by law land; whether illegal immigrants have equal rights to that of Americans.

Trump haters will choose which candidate favored their opinion, others will voice that Trump came out the winner.

    Spot on!

But no worries, New York Mayor Bill de Blasio assured us that “there’s plenty of money in this country. It’s just in the wrong hands. Democrats have to fix that.”

Indeed: Big Bird and his 30 million rats can’t be wrong! Right?
