Anti-white bias in the classroom is real, and it's toxic

How sad we have come to this!

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/an...?ocid=msedgntp

The Pennsylvania State Education Association, the state's largest teaching union, is providing its members with a seminar focused on the New York Times podcast, Nice White Parents, Todd Shepherd of Broad and Liberty reported. This podcast describes itself as a series dedicated to "building a better school system, and what gets in the way." And, as this advertisement shows, "what gets in the way" is merely a trope for "blame white people."

    Climate change – code red

Climate change is real. Anyone needing convincing is a moron. Biden today declared it is an existential threat that needs immediate attention – code red.

The late-night talk show intelligentsia are hosing a special show on ‘Climate Control’ next week. Playing to the hip ‘woke’ crowd, 56% of today’s youth believe our planet is doomed. They fail to hear of the advances in Carbon Capture techniques and nuclear energy. Solar and windmills now or we die.

But how is the world doing in walking-the-talk on meeting promised plans to combat climate change. The following report with excellent graphics provides insight as where the world stands – including America’s place in combating climate change.

Countries "nowhere near" climate change targets, watchdog says

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world...?ocid=msedgntp

A recent report from the United Nations found that the world risks soon hitting 1.5°C of global warming in the 2030s, a threshold that would ignite "extreme events unprecedented in the observational record." Despite the dire warning, a new analysis has found that none of the world's major economic countries have sufficient plans to combat climate change.

    Climate change is valid concern.

With that said, does that concern rise to such a level as to justify America's tacit acceptance of China's national policy of genocide?

Does climate change truly necessitate a national indifference that must be applied in pursuit of an illusory "cooperation," just to confront that specific "overriding" issue?

Pelosi: U.S. Must Work with China on ‘Overriding’ Climate Issue Despite Uyghur ‘Genocide’
    Reference: https://www.yahoo.com/now/pelosi-u-m...202019541.html

Climate change is a bigger issue than genocide, seriously?

But, at least Pelosi now acknowledges the existence of the genocidal evil which is present in China. That lip service certainly indicates an improvement over the Left' rather tepid acknowledgement(s) of a previous genocide:

When it comes to documenting the Nazis’ murder of Jews, Schneidermann describes the Times’ coverage as fragmentary, incremental, and buried in “dry” briefings on interior pages. June 16, 1942, page 6: a short piece noting that sixty thousand Jews in Vilnius had been murdered. June 30, 1942, page 7: a press conference given by a Polish government official in exile concludes that around a sixth of the European Jewish population of six to seven million has been annihilated. Schneidermann tries to grapple with the possible explanations—the incredulity of the reporters and editors, the banalization of so much recurring death.

Climate change debates often lead to stupid & costly outcomes. Example, according to the Norwegian University of Science & Technology, the study found that electric cars might pollute much more than petrol or diesel-powered cares. The study found greenhouse gas emissions rose dramatically if coal was used to produce the electricity. You can find more information on the BBC News. The point is electric car factories also emitted more toxic waste than conventional car factories, according to the report from the Journal of Industrial Ecology. Average folks know this, the question I would have to ask is, why are they pushing an agenda that has a negative outcome on our environment and that lacks sheer common sense?

Out west the forest fires are a natural occurrence. Controlled burns have become more important as fire suppression efforts have grown over the last century. Historically, smaller fires occurred in forests at regular intervals. Burns can reduce insect populations, destroy invasive plants, additionally, fires can be rejuvenating. It returns nutrients to the soil in the ashes of vegetation & the fires clean the forest floor removing underbrush, according to the National Geographic Society. The question should be asked as to why is it that out west this practice is not being utilized? Again, common sense needs to prevail.

Face masks are becoming a new environmental challenge. Face masks are found as another liter source getting into the waterways which is a source of microplastic pollution in the COVID-19 scenario. According to the NIH website, the face masks are made up of polymeric material as a source of microplastic pollution with the potential of having a negative impact on our ecosystem.

I am so sick of hearing Climate Crisis-Climate change. It is an excuse for the Democrats to get more $$'s while putting fear into the American people and abroad. It's stupid, it is manipulative and it is wrong. Begin with the basic stuff and work our way through reasonable common sense approaches to tackle the issues we will always face.

We need to look at the humanitarian crisis at the border, homeless out west and the environmental impact it is having. This is our most serious crisis we face today. Where are the politicians? What the F**k are we doing people.....

If Milley was so worried about Trump's competence and political motivations, perhaps Milley now needs to warn the Taliban of Biden's shortcomings, or at least keep the drone keys out of the hands of a politically obsessed, and cognitively challenged President?

Were our drones hastily and politically used last month in Afghanistan, in order to enhance Biden's political reputation after the Kabul airport attack...

This strike was not the last,” Biden said in a statement. “We will continue to hunt down any person involved in that heinous attack and make them pay.” He paid tribute to the “bravery and selflessness” of the American troops executing the hurried airlift of tens of thousands from Kabul airport, including the 13 U.S. service members who were killed in Thursday’s suicide bombing at an airport gate.

To triple vax or not to triple vax…

As a senior who received his second Covid vaccination in late February, I can honestly say that I have been following the science and have become disillusioned because of the politics at play.

I 100% support individuals getting vaccinated. I am disappointed when hearing reasons given by individuals for not getting vaccinated. But I have received both vax shots and feel protected. I refuse to hate, shame, or call someone stupid for not getting vaccinated as our president and the bone-head Don Lemon have recently done.

While we politicize this pandemic, mandate vaccinations for specific groups, and turn Americans against each other, we are allowing refugees and illegals from all over the world into our country testing Covid positive and not demanding they are vaccinated as well – at least the ones we apprehend. Now this is what is stupid Mr. Biden. We are looking for leadership and credible policy. You and propagandist Fauci better get your **** together!

Follow the science? Which science, last week’s, this week’s, next week’s.

US panel backs COVID-19 boosters only for seniors, high-risk

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/us...?ocid=msedgntp

Dealing the White House a stinging setback, a government advisory panel overwhelmingly rejected a plan Friday to give Pfizer COVID-19 booster shots across the board, and instead endorsed the extra vaccine dose only for those who are sixty-five or older or run a high risk of severe disease.

The nonbinding recommendation — from an influential committee of outside experts who advise the Food and Drug Administration — is not the last word. The FDA will consider the group’s advice and make its own decision, probably within days. And the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is set to weigh in next week.

In a surprising turn, the advisory panel rejected, 16-2, boosters for almost everyone. Members cited a lack of safety data on extra doses and also raised doubts about the value of mass boosters, rather than ones targeted to specific groups.

Then, in an 18-0 vote, it endorsed extra shots for people sixty-five and older and those at risk of serious disease. Panel members also agreed that health workers and others who run a high risk of being exposed to the virus on the job should get boosters, too.

That would help salvage part of the White House's campaign but would still be a huge step back from the far-reaching proposal to offer third shots of both the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines to Americans eight months after they get their second dose.

    Wake Up Everybody!

In light of the George Floyd tragedy last year, many on the Left constantly demanded that America "Reimagine The Police." Was the not a different way of saying "Defund The Police?"

Rochester, N.Y., Wants To Reimagine Police. What Do People Imagine That Means?

"That allowed me to start thinking about why we even have police officers," Martin said.

Constant friction between people of color and the Rochester police "informed my position as finally saying, you know what, I am an abolitionist, and I do not believe that we need prisons or police to solve the problems we have."

    Standing up to ‘cancel culture’

It is quite difficult to express an opinion anywhere today without fear of offending someone of another opinion without fear of shaming or retribution.

Individuals are even warned today when attending parties or even family gatherings that there will! be no discussion involving politics or religion. Free speech and/or opinion are under attack or influenced by the cancel culture crowd – unless you are of their thinking.

Maybe not so much as we think!

What cancel culture is really about, and how one critic says to fight back
Lara Logan tells Fox News that cancel culture is really about the conquest of the human spirit

Cancel culture has affected nearly every industry, from the media to Big Tech, academia, and the government. "Literally, there isn’t a subject you can think of that there isn’t a cancel culture position already set in stone on that subject," Fox Nation host Lara Logan told Fox News.

Its effect on media is so extensive that Sharon Osbourne, who left "The Talk" earlier this year after years on the show due to allegations of racism, recently said she doesn’t feel like TV is a "safe space" due to the prevalence of cancel culture.

Similarly, Portland State University philosophy professor Peter Boghossian recently resigned from his position, saying that the university was attempting to silence him, and prevented him from teaching what he was hired to do. Most recently, rapper Nicki Minaj has faced harsh backlash from media figures like MSNBC’s Joy Reid for encouraging followers to "pray" before getting the vaccine.

Logan said cancel culture is so pervasive that many people assume that it is widely accepted by Americans. "You start to get the sense that you are outnumbered and that everyone agrees with these people, and it’s completely untrue," she said. "It’s completely and utterly false." Cancel culture, she said, is "designed to break your will," but standing up to it is possible. Logan said evidence that cancel culture can be stopped comes from history.

"We didn’t always live with cancel culture on this scale," she said. "In the natural world, we don’t all agree." Logan used the analogy of a family, who may all consider themselves Republican, but will still have a different take on the same issues. Cancel culture, Logan said, is a "subversion or a perversion of the natural order of things," because it proposes that there is only one morally acceptable position on anything.

It is about more than just political opinions, Logan explained. "At its heart, the thing that defines cancel culture is it’s about the most powerful of all battles: It is about the battle and the conquest of the human spirit." Logan continued that the only way for cancel culture to succeed is for people to surrender.

"The only victory that has to be given that cannot be taken from anyone is surrender," she said. "And the conquering of the human spirit is the ultimate battle in any fight."

When it comes to cancel culture, Logan said surrender takes the form of self-censorship, particularly for journalists who do so in order to protect their careers.
Logan told Fox News’ Tucker Carlson Wednesday that many people, including Minaj, are beginning to recognize the effects of cancel culture in society.

"Now, people are seeing, ‘wait a minute, it’s too many subjects.’ Whether it’s the southern border, or the vaccine, or the way they handled COVID or four million other things, the way they handled Afghanistan."

Logan said that people on both the left and the right are beginning to recognize the tactics of cancel culture and stand up against them.

What is the plan at the border – or is there no plan at all

Biden’s initial open border policy created the border chaos the U.S. is now experiencing. Does Biden or Border Czar Harris have a plan to address the border crisis, or do they even want to?

Why are Haitians being treated different? Sad!

White House calls video of border agents chasing Haitian migrants 'horrific,' DHS promises to investigate

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/wh...?ocid=msedgntp

Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., said the border patrol agents' actions were "human rights abuses, plain and simple. Cruel, inhumane, and a violation of domestic and international law."

"This needs a course correction and the issuance of a clear directive on how to humanely process asylums seekers at our border," Omar wrote on Twitter.

Indeed Omar, there has been a humanitarian crisis at the southern border since Biden took office - created by Biden and where no one in government has taken action to address it. To focus on this event and display the U.S. as human right abusers is hypocrisy to the max when considering what these people went through in their countries, their struggles getting here – abused by cartels, lied to by false promises and suffering deplorable confinement conditions.

Biden is in over his head and the White House’s only recourse is to blame others for its foreign and domestic policy failures. While the illegals are going through hell for a chance to settle in the U.S., we are being told by the left and its media minions our democracy and social safety net is under attack.

But not to worry, the U.S. has more than enough money to pay for all that free stuff. Bernie and Joe said so! $3,500 galas and EV'S for everyone!

You can’t make this s*** up

Two times zero is still zero – but the media will tell us differently. In only seven months one must question whether Biden has served the country well and whether we are more united and better served by his domestic and foreign policies.

Globalist Joe won because of Trump hatred. Voters are now questioning whether Biden is more truthful than Trump and are weighing his ineptness which have resulted in rampant inflation, a slowing economy / employment, the border crisis, the Afghan debacle, unaffordable social safety net policy, a crushing debt load and a lingering Covid crisis despite his being handed three vaccines by a Trump administration, etc.

The following two reports present a picture of why Americans are uneasy today and scared for the future.

House Republicans Shouldn’t Rescue Biden’s Presidency

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/polit...?ocid=msedgntp

With Biden’s approval ratings tumbling and the nation reeling from his botched handling of the Afghanistan withdrawal, the border crisis, and the vaccine-booster rollout, on top of his daily miscues, it is understandable why he is desperate for a win. But there is no reason for House Republicans to help him get it.

US was better with President Trump than with President Biden

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/polit...?ocid=msedgntp

President Joe Biden was supposed to bring welcome change from Donald Trump. He was going to be the “nice guy” president. He was not going to lie. He was going to be competent and respected.

Eight months into his presidency, he has not done any of these things. Instead, he has left the clear impression that he is in way over his head and that the United States was better under Trump than Biden.

    Covid vaccine mixed messaging

Biden says troops should be dishonorably discharged if they fail to get vaccinated.

Biden mandating government, medical worker, school, etc. vaccine shots. Illegals, Afghan refugees, UPS, NOT.

Biden claims White / Republican / Supremist most resistant to vaccine injection. Not true as the only group pushing against mandated Covid vaccine injections.

BLM organizer says de Blasio vaccine mandate weaponized against black community

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/bl...?ocid=msedgntp

The co-founder of New York's Black Lives Matter chapter said New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio's citywide vaccine mandate is targeting the black community and creating conditions akin to segregation.

“Seventy-two percent of black people in this city from ages 18 to 44 are unvaccinated," Chivona Newsome said during a Monday protest in New York City. "So what is going to stop the Gestapo, I mean the NYPD, from rounding up black people, from snatching them off the train, off the bus?”

“We’re putting this city on notice that your mandate will not be another racist social distance practice. Black people are not going to stand by, or you will see another uprising. And that is not a threat. That is a promise,” she said. “The vaccination passport is not a free passport to racism.”

Why Democrats need to get angry

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/polit...?ocid=msedgntp

Typical MSNBC left media twaddle. Righteous political anger used by white, angry males over decades should be practiced by Democrats.

Black males and minorities cannot show anger.

Biden should mandate everyone receive the vaccine and proposing dishonorable discharge for military refusing to receive vaccine.

Biden was handed three vaccines to work with, declared victory a few months ago, is at wits end to control the epidemic, and is getting pushback not only from white Republicans.

Can this man walk and chew gum at the same time anymore? The only thing under control is Biden – scripted speeches, no press exchanges, sound pulled should he dare respond to a press reporter. He has become an embarrassment to his party and country.

The media has lost all credibility and trust. Divisive reports further polarizing and inciting citizens.

Vaccinated and awaiting the booster shot!

Just another false narrative and more political / media claptrap, yawn!

We have been led to believe it was only the Trumpster that lied. Biden was going to unite the country and doing so by being resolute and truthful – a different administration from Trump’s.

President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris on Friday harshly condemned the actions depicted in images showing Border Patrol agents on horseback rounding up Haitian migrant families in Texas after they crossed over from Mexico.

Harris and Maxine Waters said the CBP on horseback 'evoked' images of slavery. Biden is blaming Border Patrol for his created border crisis.

The President promises those BP horsemen people will pay “There is an investigation underway right now and there will be consequences. It's horrible what you saw. To see people like they did, with horses, running them over, people being strapped, it's outrageous."

(Never mind that the horsemen were trying to prevent individuals from entering the country illegally, Covid untested or unvaccinated)

Except the horseback imagery narrative presented is false. Democrats and much of the media are spreading outright lies about the Border Patrol agents on horseback who were trying to deter Haitian immigrants at the southern border, according to the photographer who captured the viral images at the center of this false narrative. Photographer Paul Ratje told a local news outlet this week that certain angles of the photos he took are being “misconstrued” to make it seem like Border Patrol agents were using their horses’ reins as whips.

And the worst part is that everyone knows it didn’t happen. But because the imagery furthers a narrative that leftists love, one that suggests white law enforcement officers are bound to mistreat and abuse people of color and helps distract from the Biden administration’s failure to control its border crisis, Democrats have run with it at full speed.

Will there be a retraction / apology from the politicos and left media outlets? Don’t hold your breath!

The government creates a humanitarian crisis, the public reacts, the public becomes the victim.

    Biden wants a deal

Joe Biden wants a new deal. Does America need a new deal of unsustainable cost and magnitude, a system of much greater government intervention and control?

At a time when trust in anything Biden says (or not says) or does is questioned, how can anyone believe his $3.5 trillion social safety net plan is feasible and affordable.

    Biden’s lies

It’s what you tell your teenagers: Don’t lie. Because then you’ll have to tell another lie to cover up the first lie, and then another, and another. Eventually, you’ll get to the point where you don’t recognize the truth—until it comes out. And the truth always comes out.

Biden campaigned on being a moderate, certainly not a socialist. Yet he has governed as anything but a moderate.

Biden and Democrats have been lying about immigration for decades. They’ve told white voters in the suburbs that they support border security and oppose amnesty for undocumented immigrants. At the same time, they’ve told Latino voters in the Southwest that they support a path to citizenship and oppose militarizing the U.S.-Mexico border. And they hoped the two camps were sufficiently ensconced in different worlds that they would never meet up, let alone compare notes.

At a time when there is a southern border humanitarian crisis (created by his ‘open border policies), he declares as president he owns it. But then he proceeds to blame the previous administration and even his own citizens for the crisis – holding illegals as victims and where tens of thousands of untested / unvaccinated / Covid infected refugees are dispersed throughout our country.

The Biden administration suggested on Tuesday that the 15,000 Haitian migrants under a bridge in Del Rio, Texas were being “swiftly” deported. On Thursday, the DHS announced that 1,400 migrants had been sent back to Haiti, 3,206 had been moved to other locations and are in U.S. Customs and Border Protection custody, and that fewer than 5,000 migrants in the Del Rio area. The only problem? If you add those numbers together you get 9,606—5,394 less than the estimated 15,000 Haitians who were under the Del Rio bridge.

Biden, Harris, Waters and Mayorkas Friday harshly condemned the actions depicted in images showing Border Patrol agents on horseback whipping Haitian migrant families in Texas after they crossed over from Mexico. The imagery had racial overtones. Not so says photographer Paul Ratje. Certain angles of the photos he took are being “misconstrued” to make it seem like Border Patrol agents were using their horses’ reins as whips.

This week: out of 60,000 Afghan nationals evacuated during the withdrawal, a mere 16% are U.S. citizens or Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) holders.

Biden promised individuals earning less than $400,000 would not be impacted by his fiscal policies. Inflation is rampant, not temporary as he and his administration predicted, and where low- and middle-income families are being adversely affected.

A generous interpretation of the Afghanistan withdrawal news would be to say that America rescued countless Afghans from the Taliban. But a less charitable interpretation might be to point out that we left behind hundreds of American citizens and thousands of Afghan interpreters—and instead rescued tens of thousands of military-aged young Afghan men who may or may not be fully vetted. 84% of the people we were rescuing were neither citizens or SIV holders. He insisted the Taliban’s takeover of Kabul was not inevitable. He vowed to evacuate all Americans. He did not! Biden did an outstanding job in withdrawing from Afghanistan, ask him.

Biden promised “independence” from the virus, but two and a half months later COVID-19 is still wreaking havoc. While millions of Americans are mandated to get vaccinated, illegals and refugees at the border and those dispersed through the U.S. are not – or even Covid tested.

Joe Biden is being forced to choose between pleasing the public or pleasing his progressive base, in some ways mirroring the civil war currently playing out over his legislative agenda. Trying to thread the needle, Biden has to insist his policies work for all sides, even as all sides are nearing their boiling point. A president who likes to declare he’s delivering “straight talk” keeps talking out of both sides of his mouth. To try and get away with that, he has to withhold basic information. But how long can that last?

Biden’s administration, not unlike the last one, puts more emphasis on spinning or burying bad news than it does on generating good news. This administration focuses on message control, while hoping that someone else will handle the details.

People have a way of revealing themselves, eventually. It took the better part of a year to realize that the Biden administration was concealing some serious flaws (internal divisions, lack of competence, and a reliance on messaging) Biden himself was (mostly) able to hide this during the campaign.

But the chickens have come home to roost for the Biden administration. They are not who we thought—who we hoped—they were. Biden's sinking poll numbers give testimony to his ineptness.

    And along with the above:
    • Biden’s statements are not fact checked by the mainstream media
    • Biden refuses to take press questions – unless scripted
    • Has yet to visit the border

    Biden wants a new deal
