Are white cops hunting down young black men?

Does racial animus have anything to do with all the police shootings? The radical left and supporting liberal mainstream media are declaring Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin's murder conviction was not enough, ‘that the work to be done is just beginning’.

Scary words not only for police officers who are resigning in large numbers, but for most Americans, of any race, who are plain tired of the attack on law and order by domestic terror groups and the supporting political and media types. Nor do most Americans favor defunding or abolishing the police as suggested by Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib.

Root out the bad cops. Reform policing.. But identify the criminal types, the reasons for their arrest, their arrest resistance, and their criminal backgrounds as well. Their deaths were tragic. Too often they cannot be held blameless and lionized.

Who could not understand why police officers are leaving the job in today's toxic climate?

A different perspective by Jeffrey T. Kuhner, Boston political analyst

Black Lives Matter and antifa is slowly burning our country to the ground. If the domestic terrorist organization is not stopped—and soon—the city and its surrounding areas will be turned into an economic and social wasteland.

A Brooklyn Center officer, Kim Potter, who has been forced to resign, accidentally shot Wright as he was resisting arrest and sought to flee. The body-camera footage released on Monday shows exactly what happened. Wright was pulled over by police for a traffic violation; his license plate tags had allegedly expired. The officers then realized that Wright had an outstanding warrant. He was told to get out of his vehicle. Initially, he complied.

Yet, as one of the officers attempted to handcuff him, Wright suddenly (and stupidly) fought off the arresting officer, jumped back behind the wheel and started to drive away. Officer Kim Potter ‘accidently’ shot Wright as he was driving away, thinking she had pulled out her taser.

Potter resigned and was charged. But whatever one thinks of Potter’s colossal error, and whether she should face criminal charges, the video footage is overwhelmingly clear: The shooting was accidental—it was not intentional. Moreover, the evidence also refutes the BLM-media narrative of racist white cops hunting down young black men. Race or racial animus had nothing to do with the death of Wright.

There is also another seminal truth about the shooting: Wright is partially responsible as well. Had he not resisted arrest he would be alive today. Furthermore, contrary to the liberal media’s lies, Wright (like Floyd) was no angel or martyr. In fact, he was a criminal thug, a gangbanger and a drug dealer. His arrest warrant was for an attempted armed robbery in 2019, in which he choked a woman and held a gun to her head demanding she hand over $820. His Facebook pictures do not lie: Wright flashing gang signs, openly doing drugs, showing off holding wads of cash, and sitting beside his illegal guns—bragging about his gangster lifestyle. You live the life of a thug, you die the life of a thug.

BLM, the media, and the Democrats, however, are not interested in the truth. Their goal is to wage a relentless war on the police and Middle America. In the wake of Floyd’s death, BLM terrorists destroyed and burned down much of downtown Minneapolis. For most of the summer, BLM laid siege to numerous other cities—Portland, Seattle, New York, Washington, D.C., Chicago and Kenosha, Wisconsin. Law enforcement has retreated in the face of this criminal onslaught. Democratic governors and mayors have openly coddled these anarchist-Marxist thugs. Following Wright’s death, Squad leader Rep. Rashida Tlaib went so far as to call for an end to all policing and incarceration. In other words, she wants complete anarchy. This is social madness and political insanity.

What is happening in Brooklyn Center is a Marxist uprising, an insurrection against capitalism and the entire American political, economic, and criminal justice system. The BLM terrorists seek the revolutionary overthrow of America. And they are now showing to the entire world that the United States is a helpless giant, unable and unwilling to crush this violent, radical insurgency. It is time to restore law and order. It is time for the police to take the gloves off and reclaim our streets before they are permanently lost. And it is way past time to officially designate BLM—and Antifa—a terrorist organization and a domestic hate group.

    This is very concerning:

Iran foreign minister reveals John Kerry kept in touch about Israeli covert operations

    By Mark Moore

    April 26, 2021 | 12:22pm | Updated

Iran’s foreign minister claimed in a leaked recording that former US Secretary of State John Kerry told him about over 200 covert Israeli attacks on Iranian interests in Syria during former President Donald Trump’s administration.

Foreign Minister Javad Zarif said in the leaked recording obtained by the New York Times and Iran International that the Revolutionary Guard Corps and the country’s supreme leader kept him in the dark about government negotiations and military operations, and that he was receiving intel from Kerry.

“It was former US Foreign Secretary John Kerry who told me Israel had launched more than 200 attacks on Iranian forces in Syria,” he said.

Zarif made the comments in a March interview with an Iranian journalist that wasn’t supposed to be released until August, when President Hassan Rouhani leaves office.

It’s unclear whether Kerry tipped off Zarif while secretary of state, or out of office. Zarif met with Kerry and Obama administration Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz when Donald Trump was in the White House, which Kerry admitted to in 2018.

Kerry denied discussing the Israeli targets with the Iranian foreign minister.

“I can tell you that this story and these allegations are unequivocally false. This never happened – either when I was Secretary of State or since,” he said in a post on Twitter.

Kerry and Moniz were instrumental in negotiating the 2015 nuclear deal between Iran and global powers.

Kerry said he met with Zarif and other Iranian officials in an effort to salvage the nuclear agreement.

Trump later that month slammed Kerry for his “shadow diplomacy,” saying the Obama administration officials are who got the US into “this mess” in the first place.

“The United States does not need John Kerry’s possibly illegal Shadow Diplomacy on the very badly negotiated Iran Deal. He was the one that created this MESS in the first place!,” Trump posted on Twitter after reports surfaced about Kerry’s talks with the Iranians.

He pulled the US out of the pact days later.

Kerry at the time defended the nuclear deal.

“I think every American would want every voice possible urging Iran to remain in compliance with the nuclear agreement that prevented a war,” he said in a statement.

“Secretary Kerry stays in touch with his former counterparts around the world just like every previous Secretary of State. Like America’s closest allies, he believes it is important that the nuclear agreement, which took the world years to negotiate, remain effective as countries focus on stability in the region.”

Trump in May 2019 accused Kerry of violating federal law by siding with Iran over US interests — and said he should be prosecuted for it.

“You know, John Kerry speaks to them a lot. John Kerry tells them not to call. That’s a violation of the Logan Act, and frankly he should be prosecuted on that,” Trump said at the time.

Truth and the media and/or political speech is oxymoronic.

Today’s media reports give good reason why individuals should mistrust what the media presents and what the politicos spiel.

They care not what unites us. Self interest agendas and profits transcends country best interests. Their intent is not to unite us but to further divide us. Sad!

Washington Post shutters presidential fact-check database just 96 days into Biden presidency

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/polit...?ocid=msedgntp

The New York Post's Laura Italiano says the article about Harris' book was her "breaking point."

A New York Post reporter who wrote a since-retracted article about migrant children getting a copy of Vice President Kamala Harris' book as part of "welcome kits" said she resigned on Tuesday after she was "ordered to write" the story.

New York City mayoral hopeful Eric Adams pushed back on the "defund the police" slogan. The Brooklyn Borough President told New York Magazine that people of color are not pushing for it. "There are a lot of young white affluent people who are coming in and setting the conversation," he said.

Kamala Harris can’t visit the border because of Covid. Stay healthy Joe!

And then there is this gem on the flip-flopping John Kerry:

Can't wait to hear Biden's address tonight. We need to be 'woke' and get some assurance that we are heading in the right direction. That we have not jumped from the frying pan into the fire.

    Clear as mud

I am sure papa Joe will make this plan crystal-clear tonight at the State of the Union address.

Less work, more free stuff, less police more crime, Big Government, thank God Biden is not a socialist.

    A thought to remember

After listening to President Biden’s address and Tim Scott’s rebut, the following email I recently received comes to mind first.

Marx said, "Remove one freedom per generation and soon you will have no freedom, and no one would have noticed.”

There was a chemistry professor in a large college that had some exchange students in the class.

One day while the class was in the lab, the professor noticed one young man, an exchange student, who kept rubbing his back and stretching as if his back hurt.
The professor asked the young man what the matter was. The student told him he had a bullet lodged in his back. He had been shot while fighting Communists in his native country who were trying to overthrow his country's government and install a new communist regime.

In the midst of his story, he looked at the professor and asked a strange question He asked: "Do you know how to catch wild pigs?"

The professor thought it was a joke and asked for the punch line.

The young man said that it was no joke. "You catch wild pigs by finding a suitable place in the woods and putting corn on the ground. The pigs find it and begin to come every day to eat the free food.

When they are used to coming every day, you put a fence down one side of the place where they are used to coming. When they get used to the fence, they begin to eat the corn again and you put up another side of the fence. They get used to that and start to eat again. You continue until you have all four sides of the fence up with a gate in the last side. The pigs, which are used to the free corn, start to come through the gate to eat that free corn again. You then slam the gate on them and catch the whole herd.

Suddenly the wild pigs have lost their freedom. They run around and around inside the fence, but they are caught. Soon they go back to eating the free corn. They are so used to it that they have forgotten how to forage in the woods for themselves, so they accept their captivity.

The young man then told the professor that is exactly what he sees happening in America & Canada. The government keeps pushing us toward Communism/Socialism and keeps spreading the free corn out in the form of programs such as supplemental income, tax credit for unearned income, tax exemptions, tobacco subsidies, dairy subsidies, payments not to plant crops (CRP), welfare entitlements, medicine, drugs, etc., while we continually lose our freedoms, just a little at a time.

One should always remember two truths:

    1. There is no such thing as a free lunch, and
    2. You can never hire someone to provide a service for you cheaper than you can do it yourself.

Some will see this wonderful government "help" as a problem confronting the future of democracy in America. Others will eat the corn and care not about the future. God help us all when the gate slams shut!

"The problems we face today are there because the people who work for a living is now outnumbered by those who vote for a living."

Wow Lee, thank you for sharing that. I think three sides of that fence is erect right now. Or at least, that is what it feels like.

I did not watch Joe Biden's, to me not an address to the American people, but a lame duck's speech to his imaginary people. I did however, listen to Tim Scott's speech, and by contrast -- well we won't contrast as it would give credence to Biden's speech -- but a speech we all needed to hear from a thought provoking representative of the American people....impressive

What is trending is what Biden stated, "we the people is we the government"....but wait ....what????

A speechwriter, Steven Miller. observed that it was an address which lacked structure, lyricism, and was devoid of any "memorable line."

I think it was a speech from someone clueless as to economics, and which appeared to be devoted to transforming America into a socialist state, just my opinion.

BTW, Biden is correct, "White Supremacy is terrorism," but why did he seem to fail to mention the tactics of Antifa, or the fact and that BLM is a self-professed Marxist organization?

Biden was successful in throwing red meat to his socialist and 'free stuff' base. I had family in from out of town today and they were comfortable in everything Biden proposed Thursday, not flinching at the cost because the ‘wealthy’ were going to pay for the $6 trillion in spending. I asked if they would be ok with the plans if they had to cover the expense through an increase in their taxes? Crickets was the response.

Yes, a one-day assault on the Capital by those 'wacko' white Supremacists was horrific. It was especially horrible to the left and media because it was a personal attack on the building where the BS politicos work. No mention of the Antifa or Black Lives Matter terrorists groups and the damage inflicted by them near a year on businesses and residences.

White people are told there is systemic racism in the country; inbred racism that they have to apologize for and make reparations for. White Supremacism was mentioned again in last night's address. Today, President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris agreed with South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott that the United States as a nation is not racist, but added that the country has a history of racism that cannot be overlooked. Harris noted that domestic terrorism manifested by White supremacists is "one of the greatest threats to our national security. We want to unify the country, but not without speaking truth and requiring accountability as appropriate."

The truth is that that the great majority of white people are not racist, resent being told that the racism is inbred in them, and they don’t realize it. Until such time they seek redemption, they are considered no better than White Supremacists. BS.

What I found equally appalling and scary is the attack on free speech and that the constitution is not inviolate. Tucker Carlson can be a dick at times but he was spot on here:

Lee, as far as I am concerned, the speech was a proclamation of Socialist America, which will "reimagine" the fundamentals of our Constitutional Republic.

This is how President Biden began his address; the keynote proclaiming his vision and intentions for America's future...

Tonight, I come to talk about crisis — and opportunity. About rebuilding our nation — and revitalizing our democracy. And winning the future for America...
...which significantly focused this January 6, 2021 narrative; a foggy story which may eventually be referred to as America's "Reichstag Fire" moment...

The worst attack on our democracy since the Civil War...
In the tradition of Rahm Emanuel, another opportunity to apply the axiom "Never a good crisis go waste?..."

Turning peril into possibility. Crisis into opportunity...

The insurrection was an existential crisis—a test of whether our democracy could survive. It did. But the struggle is far from over. The question of whether our democracy will long endure is both ancient and urgent. As old as our Republic. Still vital today...
...and will this be how the revolutionaries, through their puppet Biden, will advance their scheme?...

...no Amendment to the Constitution is absolute.

"Throw out the Constitution; it means nothing, because America is in trouble." is that what Biden and his revolutionary handlers are saying?

My goodness, with an open-ended Constitution, and a government with no set rules, can not one can just imagine the dictatorial possibilities?

The rest of the speech was bunkum and tantalizing cookies for the masses; spoons full of sugar to make the revolutionary medicine go easily down.

Does it not appear, if ones considers a more generalized revolutionary template, the substance of Article Two of Germany's 1933 Enabling Act, when compared with Biden's assertion that "no Amendment is absolute," that history may be repeating itself?:

Laws enacted by the government of the Reich may deviate from the constitution as long as they do not affect the institutions of the Reichstag and the Reichsrat. The rights of the President remain unaffected.
    Just sayin:

Has the Democratic Party has gone too far left

Police are under attack, retiring at record numbers, police enrollment is at record low levels, murder rates the highest in twenty years, calls to defund the police grow.

Democrats move ahead with sweeping police reforms that will 'embolden criminals,' critics say

Cops under fire as calls to defund police grow

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/bu...?ocid=msedgntp

Despite Biden declaring the surge at the border was Trumps fault and now under control, it is not and the mainstream media refuses to cover it. Despite Covid vaccines developed under Trump’s administration Biden usurps all credit for result in diminishing Covid related deaths and related social and psyche collateral damages.

NBC, CBS, and ABC spent a total of less than five minutes on Senator Tim Scotts Republican rebuttal speech. Scott declared the bigotry was being used to fight bigotry, that nastiness and bigotry was being used on both sides of the ideological spectrum. Someone finally said it. America is not a racist country.

The following was spot on this evening:

Democrat party is so far left, it's left America

Biden can no longer declare he is the moderate he led us to believe – with an agenda he promised would bring national unity through Congressional bipartisanship. He is the socialist he declared to not be and is presenting an ideological agenda that is further dividing the country. The old guy is being dragged farther left with visions of grandeur that he will outdo Roosevelt in prioritizing / enacting reformation programs through wealth confiscation - rather than closing tax loopholes that result in some companies and individuals escaping paying their 'fair share'.

The woke are tired of being woke?

Democratic strategist James Carville made that observation in an interview on CNN. If the woke are tired of the woke movement, how much more do you think the ‘non-woke’ crowd want to see this movement disappear – where they can feel free / comfortable again to express a differing opinion without fear of retribution.

Biden's latest $6 trillion spending spree

So you believe the rich alone is going to foot the Biden spending spree, eh? Maybe not!

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/st...cid=msedgntpin

And yet the biggest threat to America is coming across the border thanks to Biden’s open-door policies – to security and health. That free stuff buys a lot of votes and support.

And yes, the BIDEN-HARRIS administration continues to blame Trump for the border crisis. Neither Biden or Harris will visit the border and the mainstream media is quite silent on the matter now.

    Women for Governor Cuomo

OMG! This is the kind of stuff that makes the news today. But the Wall Street Journal? Sad! Then again, prisoners on death row have fan clubs.

Andrew Cuomo's Loudest Supporters: 'Women for Governor Cuomo'

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/polit...?ocid=msedgntp

Mr. Cuomo has been depending on such public support to ward off calls for his resignation by some of the state’s top Democratic lawmakers, including fellow Sens. Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand and U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. As he’s been left politically isolated, he and his inner circle have seized public support and polls showing a slight majority of New York voters say he shouldn’t resign. His biggest support is among Black voters and New Yorkers aged 55 and older, polls show.

Thanks for the chuckle here Lee. If anyone thinks he has the 55 and older vote from a skewed poll, is out there on a different planet. As for the black voters, I heard the opposite in a different poll. He has no support, except to show him where the front door is LOL...

These polls that they use are skewed, we know it. He is a sad individual. He makes me want to throw up....
