Kamala Harris’ silence on Cuomo after ‘grandstanding’ on the Brett Kavanaugh allegations

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/polit...?ocid=msedgntp

    Comment

The same Kamala Harris who cautioned against taking a vaccine developed under the Trump administration’s auspices but now touting the same vaccine as safe and essential. How many individuals died taking her counseling?

If the left / mainstream did not use double standards, they wouldn't have any standards at all.

I thought the 59 Tomahawk cruise missiles Trump sent to President Bashar Assad in the strike on Syria following a chemical weapons attack by Assad forces was also a good thing. I totally support President Biden in his similar message to Iran the other day. It is the militant network that Iran supports that needs to be eliminated in Iraq and anywhere else. Even still, restoring the nuclear deal is something that I support and a mistake by Trump. Trump did do some pretty good things and I've said that on this site.

AND - Funny, all the Democrats I spoke to agree.

On here you would think that all Democrats are crazed far-out-there types. They are not. Most are middle of the road. Clowns like Lee Chowaniec show their warped view with this misleading trope of theirs.

As is your predictable routine, answer another’s post but make sure to take a shot at Chowaniec. No problem.

I also take no issue with the Syrian retaliatory airstrikes targeting Iran-backed militia. I do question why members of Biden’s own party dp take issue. Strange also that Biden promised peace with the Iranian's through negotiation and they are determining the terms. Back to leading from behind strategy, eh?

Why there is a movement to take the nuclear codes out of his hands? Why Pelosi is eager to pursue the amendment to remove a president from office deemed incompetent; especially when Trump is out of office. Are Biden's day's numbered?

Why even a few House Democrats found the $1.9 trillion Covid-19 stimulus package outrageous – a package where a greater portion of the funding goes for unrelated Covid-19 intent - including funding for the arts, federal and corporate transit projects, “vaccine confidence activities” and foreign aid. Biden is encouraging 'swift' approval in the Senate.

Then there’s the border hypocrisy on Biden’s using the ‘cages’ – built by Obama, attributed to Trump, lambasted by Biden and now being used ‘temporarily’ by Biden - and with 13,000 more children predicted to come in May.

So much scrutiny and hate poured on Trump, much of it deserved, but now we should look the other way – move on.

How is Hunter doing, Breezy. Cuomo sweating a bit. What goes around comes around. Payback time for the sanctimonious Dems will be a bitch, eh? And while all this political divisiveness takes place, where political interests on both sides outweigh country's best interest you choose to inflame the situation with outrageous, inflammatory, false narrative. Like those politicos, your self-serving interests are party driven.

It’s ok by you and your ilk to savage and hate Trump, to scrutinize / expose his every activity, demean / shame his supporters on the right, but necessary to shut down any opposition to exposing shortcomings on the left. What’s that called again? Double-standard? Hypocrisy. Suppressing free speech? Cancel culture?

    Let freedom ring!

Heck, everyone, even the people at Wikipedia, know what a TROLL is...

is a person who starts flame wars or intentionally upsets people on the Internet. This is typically done by posting inflammatory and digressive, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community (such as a newsgroup, forum, chat room, or blog), with the intent of provoking readers into displaying emotional responses and normalizing tangential discussion. This is typically for the troll's amusement, or to achieve a specific result such as disrupting a rival's online activities or manipulating a political process.

"Baiting" (making posts for the sole purpose of provoking conflict) is expressly forbidden as well. Posts, which are meant to be humorous, or are unrelated, must be very clear in their purpose/intent and placed on an appropriate forum board.

Trump has never been my cup of tea. As usual, I could only watch a small portion of his speech.

However, I will say the man exudes confidence, energizes his supporters, and leaves them with a positive message that lifts their spirit - to have faith that neither he nor his party is walking away from socialism or the cancel culture crowd.

A much more lifting message than Biden’s or the left. Don’t know if he referenced Dr. Fauci, but there is the poster boy for Biden’s doom & gloom politics.

Every day we hear or read: Dr. Fauci says this, Dr. Fauci says that. Who gives a rats ass what this guy says anymore. He changes the goal post all the time and has a gloom & doom message regardless following every one of his warnings and preventative Covid guidelines.

Individuals who have received both vaccinations are still receiving restrictive guidelines dampening any positive attitude.

The country is suffering a mental meltdown, schools and businesses far below capacity, family income and psyche stressed to the max, and the good Doctor continues to advocate restrictive guidelines that fuel the flames of fear and policies that favor closure.

Follow the science, Fauci advocates. Too often he disregards his own advice. Not too long go, Governor Cuomo was the 'Gold Standard'.

    Hey Lee,

Remember during the Vietnam War when the Johnson administration kept using the phrase "There is light at the end of the tunnel;" the disingenuous mantra which justified the deployment of more and more ground troops to the combat zone?

Remember how over the years, the increasing deployment numbers only increased the Pentagon's weekly Thursday casualty counts?

Did not the resultant stalemate and ever-increasing casualties reduce that mantra to a weapon of ridicule, which illustrated the Johnson-McNamara-Westmoreland credibility gap?

Over the past year, Fauci's walk-backs, lies, contradictions, and goal post moving have destroyed his credibility in much the same way. The only difference between the Fauci message and McNamara's was that the McNamara misused phrase erred on the side of optimism; Fauci's message drones on about perpetual darkness.

Perhaps Fauci will present us with a new mantra: "At the end of the dark, dark tunnel is a very, very, very, dark Black Hole?"

Hate the man, not his successful border policies

We are experiencing a serious border crisis under Biden, one worse than the one that brought the “kids in cages” backlash under President Donald Trump, and the earlier crises that prompted the building of those “cages” under President Barack Obama.

It started when Biden began reversing every Trump border policy, even those clearly responsible for producing historic lows in illegal crossers, and returning to Obama policies that first triggered the unprecedented waves of children crossing without family.

Now Biden’s having to reopen shelters to house the kids until the feds can figure out what to do with them — shelters that his usual allies denounced as horrors in the Trump years.

And, this doesn't even address the health related Covid-19 issues.

    Biden’s Unnecessary Border Crisis

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world...?ocid=msedgntp

Instead of acknowledging that the prior administration, despite everything, had some sensible policies, the Biden team wants to reject it all wholesale.

Biden has trashed the Migrant Protection Protocols. No new asylum-seekers will be enrolled in the program, and the backlog of people who had been waiting in Mexico are being admitted into the U.S.

Allowing them into the U.S., with no reliable internal enforcement mechanism to remove them if their claims are rejected, constitutes an end run around our immigration system.

Needless to say, naturalizations and the issuance of green cards had continued apace under Trump. And he had actually got a handle on the border, which in 2014 and 2019, had spun out of control, creating a major humanitarian debacle.

Call it what you will, a crisis, or a challenge, or something else, but Biden is on a path to heedlessly repeat this experience.

I agree. He proclaims another surge. Well I figured it out, it can't be the data as our numbers in this country is dropping, it's the migrant children entering into the country already tested positive for COVID and not processed like they are processing Americans infected. Two weeks of isolation and retesting if necessary and contact tracing. Letting this type of crisis permeate at the border is not only reckless but very dangerous to the American people.

Democrats lead by brain dead Biden are just about the most useless folks on the planet. Their ideas are unbelievably dumb. Yeah, Mr. Potato Head and Dr. Seuss got cancelled among others...This is how stupid things are getting.

I have an idea, why don't you name a few good democratic platforms? I am all ears.

    Dr. Doom & Gloom Fauci

Dr. Doom & Gloom, mixed messages, move the goal posts Fauci is spreading his fear across the media until this very day. He cautions us that another surge is coming, advises on the numerous things we should do to protect ourselves against Covid (even after receiving the second shot, what places and events not to attend, etc.

Yet he remains silent regarding the threat of Covid coming across our border from the illegals entering the country. Silence from Biden as well about a Covid concern he makes his #1 priority.

No crisis at the border, eh? And Biden want’s to tear down the wall. Imagine if this were Trump’s policy of bringing them in and let them loose at this time of the pandemic and economic morass. Making America better for whom?

Hey, Breezy, still not feeling it for this guy Biden - like you promised.
