Biden asks for unity, but speaks this trash-talk hyperbole?

Is he really not suggesting that not only Trump, but his 75 million supporters are "an assault on democracy?"

First we were "Deplorables," then we were "Chumps," and now we are a threat to democracy.

The climate of Biden's America reminds me of the template of other socialist, Marxists leaders of the last 100 years, and are consistent with this proposal...

We’re Going to Need a Truth and Reconciliation Commission to Recover From Trump

History alone cannot hold Trump and his enablers accountable for the crimes they have committed.

    "Russia, Russia, Russia!"

    How about "China, China, China?"

The relationship between Hunter Biden and other Leftist actors has been largely marginalized in the Mainstream Media; "Nothing to see here, move along folks."

Now, after the election, it has been announced that Hunter Biden has been and remains the subject of a Federal criminal investigation in connection with his relationship with the Communist Chinese government.

The Biden issue, along with concerns of foreign involvement into the disputed election returns, have raised a serious worry regarding the integrity of the presumed Biden Presidency itself.

While the possibility that the re-election of Donald Trump may have been hijacked by a coordinated Chinese-Deep State-Leftist attack on the integrity of the American voting system is very troubling, even more worrisome is the fact that in recent days, it has been revealed that the entire United States government has been the target of a cyber attack.

The Mainstream Media has seemingly underplayed the significance of the attack, but when it does focus on the issue, true to its thematic form of the last four years, it lies the blame for that attack strictly at the Russian door.

Russia Suspected In Major Cyberattack On U.S. Government Departments

US cybersecurity agency warns suspected Russian hacking campaign broader than previously believed
    Reference: https://www.cnn.com/2020/12/17/polit...nds/index.html

However, the United States government's attention appears to be focused on China:

On December 17, Secretary Brouillette issued a prohibition order related to the EO, “Prohibition Order Securing Critical Defense Facilities” The order applies to a limited number of utilities and specific BPS electric equipment from the People’s Republic of China that poses an undue risk to the BPS, the security or resilience of critical infrastructure, the economy, national security, or safety and security of Americans.

    Reference: https://www.energy.gov/oe/bulkpowers...qXDlYei_boONQU

Such Media deflection does not well-serve the national interest. This cyber attack is significant and ongoing, and in my opinion, may be the precursor to more troubling times and events.

I am particularly concerned with the news that the attack appears to have been significantly focused on America's nuclear arsenal. Consider these assets which have apparently been compromised within the last forty-eight hours:

    U.S. Department of Energy Hacked

    National Nuclear Security Administration Hacked

    Federal Regulatory Commission Hacked

    Los Alamos Laboratory Hacked

Office of Secure Transportation Hacked (Moves uranium around)

    Richland Field Office Hack

    Reference: https://www.politico.com/news/2020/1...9Dm6N3W_4YJ1eg

I understand that U.S. officials do not fully know the extent of the damage, the degree to which nuclear weapons systems may have been compromised, nor will they know the full extent of the compromise "for weeks."

It remains if the cyber attack had the aid of domestic actors.

To mitigate security risks to nation's electric grid, the Secretary of Energy yesterday signed an Executive Order which will prohibit utilities that supply power to critical defense facilities from the future purchase, or the continued use of parts manufactured in Communist China, in their technology.

    References:

    https://www.energy.gov/oe/bulkpowers...qXDlYei_boONQU

    https://www.energy.gov/articles/secr...-electric-grid

FBI and other government agencies are now engaging a Cyber Unified Coordination Group, which appears to be a whole of government response to confront the ongoing cyber attacks. This group is enabled by direct Presidential power and authority.

"Over the course of the past several days, the FBI, CISA, and ODNI have become aware of a significant and ongoing cybersecurity campaign. Pursuant to Presidential Policy Directive (PPD) 41, the FBI, CISA, and ODNI have formed a Cyber Unified Coordination Group (UCG) to coordinate a whole-of-government response to this significant cyber incident. The UCG is intended to unify the individual efforts of these agencies as they focus on their separate responsibilities. This is a developing situation, and while we continue to work to understand the full extent of this campaign, we know this compromise has affected networks within the federal government."
    Reference: https://www.fbi.gov/news/pressrel/pr...elligence-odni

In common language, it appears that the Cyber Unified Coordination Group will function as a "war room" to confront the attack during this period of uncertainty, which may be resultant of an ongoing foreign-supported domestic revolution, just my thoughts and opinion of course.

    Graciousness / Hypocrisy / Credibility / Transparency

    Graciousness

Trump is not gracious in his loss and his fraud claim has no shred of evidence behind it to question Biden’s election win's legitimacy. Biden, the mainstream media, and the Dems are aghast at Trumps behavior and charge him with undermining democracy in America. Imagine that, the same group who for four years claim his 2016 election victory was illegitimate and spent four years and $40 million in a useless attempt to prove it and remove him from office.

The same ungracious Biden who continues to hammer Trump after winning the election for perceived shortcoming regardless of merit. Ya won Joe, move on. Your mouth is getting in the way of healing and unifying the country!

    Hypocrisy

CNN calling out FOX and Tucker Carson for taking a similar position advocated by other media, the far left and even Vice-president elect Pamala Harris. CNN claiming to be more reputable than FOX is a hoot! CNN of all media outlets calling out to other 'reputable' media outlets like itself to admonish FOX is ludicrous.

Opinion: Tucker Carlson's vaccine rant should be called out by every reputable news organization

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/op...?ocid=msedgntp

    Credibility / Transparency

Biden promises to ‘heal’ and bring unity to America. He is going to be everyone’s president, even those who didn’t vote for him. After being called ‘Fers’, how can these individuals not believe the heal referred to is for them to ‘heel’ for the sake of ‘my way or no way’ to achieve unity.

Biden’s handling of the charges against Hunter’s foreign business affairs and possibly his own illegitimate involvement is enigmatic and troubling. Why was the probe already in place before the election not made public by the mainstream media and BIG TECH?

Rep. Jim Jordan: Voters not knowing about Hunter Biden probe before election 'is just wrong'

    https://www.foxnews.com/politics/jim...n-voters-media

Seven months ago, Biden declared China was not our competition or main threat. Russia, Russia, Russia. He would not hold China responsible for the virus or its spread.

China has been stealing our intelligence for years and worming its way into our political world – Eric Swalwell, Dianne Feinstein.

Lastly, you can’t hide forever Mr. Biden.

    https://www.foxnews.com/politics/bid...estions-hunter

And while the country is being ravaged by the pandemic and in dire need of a stimulus package, our inept / dysfunctional / partisan Congressional leaders play politics to serve their best interests over ours.

    Lee,

IMHO, there is a great deal of evidence and righteous purpose, but those elements are impotent because, in my opinion, there is a lack of Presidential will to stop the revolution. It seems to me that Trump is, and always has been, concerned primarily with a personal Trump victory, and not about the consequences of institutionalizing a fraudulent electoral system, which is one of the most prominent earmarks of a Socialist-Marxist state.

Trump lost the Presidency this summer when he permitted Esper to get away with bold insubordination, again just my opinion.

Absent some future bold Trump Presidential action, I may be compelled to conclude that Trump permitted this Marxist-Globalist revolution to take root, and as I am not optimistic about the Georgia runoffs, the revolution's, aka "The Great Re-set's," full success.

As I see things at this point in time, President Trump's legacy will perhaps be that he lacked the commitment of Lincoln, and presided over the destruction of the Republic, just my opinion.

    Mark:

At a time with a surging pandemic and resulting death rate increase, where many Americans are out of work, eking out a daily existence, near eviction status, suffering emotional trauma and losing hope, I am disgusted with the president, president-elect, their political parties, but mostly with the media for weaponizing very opportunity to influence / scare citizens to deprive them of hope, for their own self interests.

It is estimated that 90% of Americans agree on what’s in their best interests politically. It is unfortunate they are being influenced and polarized by biased, self-serving media outlets and political claptrap that fuel the flames of distrust and hate.

They all suck, Mark, and our country suffers for it. The stimulus bill fiasco is a travesty. Both political parties are inept / dysfunctional and share the blame for what’s taking place in our country. I am a lifelong registered ‘blank’ voter and associate with both Democrat and Republican friends and family members who report like sentiment.

    Very, very well said Lee.

I might add, I think that the American people have been abused by both Trump and Biden; by scientific professionals with political agendas; a propagandized Media; a social media leviathan-turned corrupt monopoly; and by a myriad of special interests groups. Collectively, they fostered hate, instilled fear, oppressed our spirit, and suppressed our intellect.

However, that abuse does not release any of us from shouldering much of the blame. Collectively, in our votes and in our passions we have permitted this, and together, we have willingly been played by all branches of our government, both political parties, and their self-interest driven aligned support structures.

This is not the America that I grew up in.

It is not the America some of us grew up in, and that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Many social injustices have been addressed and righted, and individuals / families are less poor and do without less than past generations. Today’s millennials may find that hard to believe.

What has changed dramatically is the willingness / capacity by some in today’s government and media to influence and diminish America’s democracy, compassion, unity, freedoms, and patriotism – to overall undermine America’s image in the world and to pander to Globalism.

To deny there was / is a Deep State that worked covertly, leaking internal documents, conspiring to declare Trump’s presidency illegitimate, was destabilizing and treasonous is absurd. To now claim Trump’s attempt to ferret out voter fraud as an ‘unprecedented’ attack on democracy is hypocrisy to the max.

For his four years in office Trump has been scrutinized and attacked relentlessly by the Dems and media for every perceived shortcoming. Had he shut his mouth and not made the election a referendum on him, the election may have had a different outcome.

We are just beginning to see and hear from a sheltered pandemic Biden and a sheltering mainstream media - feeding him softball questions, staying away from Hunter / Swalwell scandals, internal party bickering, foreign affairs, and who is really the bigger threat to America, Russia or China. They both are, but not according to Biden. He can run from other less forgiving media , but he can't hide forever.

There was much I didn’t like about Trump when he was elected president in 2016. There was no way I could support a Clinton. I came to like Trump less during his four years in office. However, I am old enough to remember Biden’s 47 years in office and came to see him as an affable second banana with questionable leadership skills a man who boasts of having big cojones, but little to back that claim up with.

While Biden boasts of having the ability to heal and unify the country, he and his cohorts continue to disparage it in so many ways. Continuing to label the non Biden voters as F'ers, deranged, deplorables does not inspire harmony.

Who is the lesser of two evils here, we shall soon find out – much depending on the January 5th Georgia election.

    We are so screwed!

Agreed, but those necessary advancements came about through a sixty-year process which was reliant upon America's self-correcting system.

Regrettably, concurrent with that process of national maturity, was an insidious effort to exploit and weaponize that very system against faith, traditional values, undisputed science, our common culture, the fact-based history of our land, and ultimately, against that noble system itself.

That self-correcting system is now on life-support and whose eulogy may well be spoken by the Grim Reaper of Marxism.

REVEALED: ‘Simple Math’ Shows Biden Claims 13 MILLION More Votes Than There Were Eligible Voters Who Voted in 2020 Election

This data will either be ignored by the ‘nothing there’ mainstream media, labeled as false, and most likely be spun as the difference would have no impact on the outcome.

It continues to amaze me the amount of lying and corruption that takes place in our government and media that goes unpunished. Even more baffling is the electorates willingness to swear total allegiance to either party.

To give either inept / dysfunctional political party credit or blame for today’s passage of the stimulus bill would be duplicitous. Playing politics with peoples lives in hand is damn straight illicit / immoral.

I love the use of the understated word ‘created’ in this paragraph:

If President Trump won 74 million votes, then that leaves only 67.5 million votes remaining for Biden. This means 13 million duplicate or made-up ballots were created and counted for Biden!

Obama said , "No immigrant - undocumented or illegal alien would be arrested for voting" - Andrew Cuomo issued "drivers style ID cards to anyone who applied - no proof of citizenship need" !

"The numbers of undocumented vary according to the methodology used, and there’s also a lag in the estimates because it takes time for accurate data to become available. The last estimate released by the Office of Immigration Statistics at DHS came in December 2018: As of January 1, 2015, there were 11.96 million undocumented immigrants in the U.S. The most recent Pew Research estimate puts the total number of unauthorized immigrants at 10.5 million in 2017. Overall, this represents a minority of the foreign-born population, which in 2017 numbered 44.5 million—45% of whom are naturalized citizens, and 27% of whom are lawful permanent residents.

    Unity, inclusion, calm, everyone’s president

For four years Trump was savaged for being unprofessional, a bully, a racist, sexist, etc., the most polarizing president ever, accomplishing nothing in office.

So hated, Trump is defeated by an individual who is portrayed by the mainstream media as being the savior who will restore dignity to the office and calm the masses; the ‘mob’ included. The Trumpsters are told to embrace the new ‘woke’ regime, hold hands, and sing kumbaya – while still be labeled deranged deplorables, racists, sexists, homophobes, etc.

The left and the biased liberal media continue to bash Trump, believing trash talking lies in their domain alone. Identity politics, cancel culture, shaming, and ‘my-way-or-the highway ’opinion restraint will not appeal to the 74 million Biden non-voters.

Many view Congress as being inept and dysfunctional – equally angered and disproving of both political parties, disappointed by Cabinet appointments based on ethnic and gender appearances rather than qualifications.

And then there's today’s ridiculous media coverage:

Pelosi calls $600 stimulus checks 'significant’ but said $1k tax cut bonuses were 'crumbs’ in 2018. Pelosi admits she held up the stimulus to get Biden elected.

Lawmakers put a provision into the congressional omnibus package that provided the Open Technology Fund — a federally funded nonprofit that helps millions in China and Iran gain access to the internet — 90 days to contest a move by a Trump appointee, Michael Pack, to defund the organization. The provision will probably allow a Biden appointee to decide whether the group continues to receive funding, which multiple internet freedom experts think is likely.

Imagine that! We have yet to meet Internet needs in this country but we are going to suck up to China and Iran. Unbelievable!
