At exactly 6:00pm EST tonight, everybody can log on to FB and add the group. If all Speak Up members follow these instructions there will be 3,500 fans of the FB page and your anonymity will be preserved.

For those concerned, if you keep the mindset that nothing on the internet is truly secure, and you don't post any sensitive information on your Facebook account, you really won't have anything to worry about.

I couldn't agree more. Remember, the Facebook page is just another way to spread 'awareness' of SUWNY.

Also, some people may not realize that you can increase the security on your FB account by clicking Settings (on the top of the screen) -> Privacy Settings -> Profile Information. FB will only share the information that you give them permission to share.
