    AND NOW!

Nope, I really don't see a pattern here to justify profiling, do you?
So, to ensure we Americans never offend anyone, particularly
fanatics intent on killing us, airport security screeners will no
longer be allowed to profile certain people.
They must conduct random searches of 80-year-old women,
little kids, airline pilots with proper identification, secret agents of the President's
security detail, 85-year old Congressmen with metal hips, and
Medal of Honor winning and former Governor Joe Foss, but leave
Muslim Males between the ages 17 and 40 alone because of profiling.

Let's send this to as many people as we can so that the Gloria
Aldreds and other dunder-headed attorneys along with Federal Justices
that want to thwart common sense, feel doubly ashamed of themselves - if they have any such sense.

As the writer of the award winning story "Forrest Gump" so aptly
put it, "Stupid is as stupid does."

    Come on people wake up!!!
Keep this going. Pass it on to everyone in your address book.
Our Country and our troops need our support and prayers.

The answer to this one (I received it as well) is "e. None of the above". Sirhan B. Sirhan was a Palestinian CHRISTIAN.
And hew has not (to the best of my knowledge) converted.
Sorry to screw up your questionaire with a simple factoid (not that I give a good damn as to who who shot Bobby Kennedy; I just wish that Teddy would have been in a same room as the same time so as to perform a REAL service for this country).

Sorry to screw up your incomplete factiod.

Sirhan was born to Palestinian parents in Jerusalem and was raised a Maronite Christian. However, in his adult years he frequently changed his religious thoughts, to Baptist, Seventh-day Adventist, Islam, and Rosicrucianism.

I learned that in 1996, Clinton had been briefed by the US intelligence community of a plot to use commercial airliners as weapons and another plot to place bombs aboard airliners as well. The report was named Operation Bojinka. In response, Clinton appointed Al Gore to head up a White House Committee on Aviation Safety . Their report was released in the spring of 1998 and made a number of recommendations including the profiling of passengers using ethnicity and national origin among other things that would fit certain characteristics of potential terrorists based upon the intelligence reports. However the FAA did not comply because of the potential for violating civil liberties. Other recommendations made was the sharing of intelligence between the CIA, FBI and FAA regarding suspected terrorist, but was never implemented either. That was three years before 9/11 and happened on the Clinton watch. Clinton had more than ample opportunity to take action in establishing policy for preventing an attack as well as initiating offensive strikes against al-Qaeda when he had the opportunity to do so. His administration was so politically correct that it tied the hands of those who could have made a difference. Now he is saying he tried but failed. Okay, that is his legacy, he tried AND FAILED, but he says at least he tried. He claims Bush did nothing for 8 months.

That may be the case but in the year following the attacks, Bush removed al-Qaeda and the Taliban from their power base in Afghanistan. That is more than Clinton did following the 1993 WTC attack, or the Khobar Towers attack, the Tanzania and Kenya embassies attacks and the USS Cole bombings, or when al-Qaeda, Osama bin Laden in particular, issued a declaration of Jihad on the US on August, 23 1996 and challenges Muslims to kill Americans anywhere in the world. So I would have to say, Bush tried and succeeded. Its not been perfect, and mistakes have been made, but it has been a whole lot better than what Bill permitted to happen during his tour in spite of his rhetoric of how he was going to get those responsible for attacks against Americans.

Al-Qaeda announced today that they have lost 4000 foreign fighters in Iraq as well. So say what you want, Bush has been proactive in reducing the al-Qaeda threat. But there will be those who have said that we have stirred the Islamic terrorist nest and they might attack us in response. They were doing it on a regular basis during the Clinton administration and Bill was giving them a pass to do so.

Sorry to screw up your factoid, but at that time in his life(in other words that specific age and time perdiod), he was a palestinian Christian.

    Here some trivia

If as Republicans claim Clinton was responsible for 9/11/2001, wouldn't that make George Sr. responsible for WTC '93, since it happened in the year following his presidency?

You might be right if Osama had declared Jihad on the US prior to 1993, but Osama was a virtual unknown at the time as was his organization. Shame on the intelligence community for not picking up on it, but al-Qaeda was not on the radar scope of anyone at the time. However after Osama declared Jiahd on the US, Clinton should have taken Osama out in the fall of 1998 when he had Osama cold instead of worrying about how he would stand up to scrutiny following Lewinsky situation. Just maybe we wouldn't have had 9/11. There were 10 seperate attacks in the years between 1993 and 2001 and what was the action of the Clinton administration in response to any of them other than throwing some tomahawk missiles at them? Yes, Clinton admitted that he failed and failure in the world of counter-terrorism is not acceptable.

When the first attempt was made on the world trade center, during Clintons years in office, we caught and tried the guys that did it.
The second time, when Bush was in office, nobody has been caught let alone tried.
But we killed a lot of Iraqis!

Tom Baurle read this test on his show a few years ago. Right around the time heclaimed there was a network of tunnels under the old womans prison on Best street, now owned by a local Arab community, loaded with Nukes.

Just think if our government and the airline industry had heeded Ralph Nader's advice on strengthening not only cockpit doors but overall airline security after that Cuban hijacking attempt in the 1970's, things might have been different today. It is almost eerie to look over this guy's accomplishments the past 40 years on how he helped shaped this nation to conform to the safety of the people.
