Why would you want to post all sorts of false information, then coyly as whether it's actually accurate or not. You could just look it up yourself first. Most of what you posted above is completely inaccurate.

    Fair point...

So that isn't Hillary's voice in the audio?

Read the entire Snopes article. The page I linked to discusses the audio as well.

Hillary didn't assert the defendant "made up the rape story because [she] enjoyed fantasizing about men"; rather, it documented that Clinton opined to the court that they should have the complainant undergo a psychiatric exam because she [Clinton] had been "informed that the complainant is emotionally unstable with a tendency to seek out older men and to engage in fantasizing about persons, claiming they had attacked her body,"

In other words, Clinton didn't assert the defendant had made up the entire rape story; she suggested that it was a possibility the court should explore by having the young woman examined by a mental health professional.

Ummmm. That sounds a lot like double talk. She didn't assert it, she suggested it? She was a lawyer not a judge of course all she could do was suggest it, and from the victims later in life interview with the daily beast and the court documents there seems to be nothing to substantiate this "suggestion" that the girl was emotionally unstable. You wouldn't even be allowed to use that kind of victim blaming stuff today.

    From snopes:
When she audibly laughed, she was not laughing about the outcome of the case, but rather about how the case had forever destroyed her faith in polygraph tests because the defendant had taken one and passed (while, presumably, answering questions in a manner Clinton knew or assumed to be false):
Was she was laughing about the lie detector test or the fact that she got him off? That is really a judgement call unless your inside Hillary Clinton's head. I really don't understand how anyone can say "this is what she was really laughing about"?????? Either way laughing when talking about a rape case for whatever reason says a lot about her as a human being.

As for the claim that Hillary Clinton "knew the defendant was guilty," she couldn't possibly have known that unless she were present when the incident in question occurred.
That contradicts the last quote and all the evidence:

Sometime around midnight, the girl was sleeping over at a friend’s house in Springdale when Taylor and his 20-year-old cousin walked in, asking if anyone wanted to take a drive. The sixth-grader, who says she was bored and wanted to buy a soda, jumped into Taylor’s beat-up red 1963 Chevrolet pickup truck.

Soon after, they picked up the 15-year-old boy and drove to a liquor store, where Taylor bought a pint of Old Grand-Dad whiskey, which he mixed for the girl in a cup of Coca-Cola, according to the boy, now a 48-year-old Army veteran.

After a few hours at a local bowling alley, the foursome crammed into Taylor’s truck and drove to a weedy ravine off a busy two-lane highway connecting the sister cities of Fayetteville and Springdale, according the sheriff’s department account.

Taylor and the older man went off for a walk, leaving the 12-year-old and the teenager alone in the cab. In a statement to police, the 15-year-old said he removed his pants and admitted to having sex, revealing the encounter only after being pressed by investigators.

Moments later, he said he left and Taylor approached the truck, climbing on top of the girl. The girl let out a scream, according to the police report, and he claims to have seen Taylor hitching up his pants.

The victim, the boy reported, turned to both of them and yelled, “You all planned this, didn’t you?”

At 4:50 a.m., the girl walked into a local emergency room, badly shaken. The doctor’s report noted that she had injuries consistent with rape.

Taylor was a tight-lipped client, never wavering from his claim that he’d driven all the passengers home that night without stopping in the ravine, according to Dale Gibson. (Taylor was less guarded around his 15-year-old companion, who recalls the older man whispering “Let’s keep our stories straight” when the two met in county jail.)

Forget the fact that this is a 20 yr old guy picking up a 12 yr old girl and feeding her booze in his car.

The girl said she was raped, the (then) 15 yr old kid said he saw the guy climb on top of her and heard her scream. The doctor’s report noted that she had injuries consistent with rape. The 15 year old recalls the older man whispering “Let’s keep our stories straight” when the two met in county jail.

OK Then, raise your hand if you say Not guilty ,

Off course Hillary Clinton knew he was guilty.

Snopes seems to be bending over backwards on this one IMHO
People who wonder if the glass is half empty or full miss the point. The glass is refillable.

    I've got 2 words to solve this whole thing;

    Gary Johnson.

    - Not a socialist
    - In favor of smaller government
    - let people make their own decisions in life.
    - not trying to take guns away.
    - in favor of legalizing marijuana
    - NOT a member of the 2 major parties

Not enough people know of him...he could never win.

Trump is also in favor of all of those issues, except marijuana. I don't know if he has a position on marijuana; I just know he doesn't drink or smoke anything intoxicating - he's high on life.

If he could get in the debates, people would know him. But that "he could never win" is just what keeps people from voting third party.

Btw, Trump is a liar. Plus he's almost broke. his war chest is almost empty. There's a reason you don't see Trump commercials

You're funny; would you prefer Trump solicit the deep pocket people like Hillary does? Gary Johnson is the candidate that is almost broke, not Trump.

The first of the many search results that pops up when you google Trump' campaign being broke

    Trump's campaign is broke

Donald Trump's campaign has alerted Senate Republicans that he won't have much money to spend fending off attacks from Hillary Clinton over the next couple months.

The notice came when Paul Manafort, Trump's senior advisor, met with a group of Senate Republican chiefs of staff for lunch last week, sources familiar with the meeting told the Washington Examiner. The admission suggests that Trump will be far more dependent on the GOP brass for money than he has led voters to believe [...]

"They know that they're not going to have enough money to be on TV in June and probably most of July, until they actually accept the nomination and get RNC funds, so they plan to just use earned media to compete on the airwaves," one GOP source familiar with Manafort's comments told the Examiner.
Let me articulate this for you:
"I'm not locked in here with them. They're locked in here with me!!"

    6-16-16 - Broke

Staffers leaving Trump campaign due to dysfunction

    6-22-16 - Broke

    6-21-16 - broke

As for the 51 million raised - That Story May Not Be True

In the meantime, Hillary raised 68.5 million last month alone
