A Town of Tonawanda apartment complex has been sold from one local real estate investment group to another.
The Sherwood Terrace Apartments, located at 2470 Sheridan Dr., has been acquired by 91 Colvin Avenue LLC. 91 Colvin Avenue LLC paid $1.075 million, according to documents filed in the Erie County Clerk’s office.
