    World Trade Center

I think of it many times

This was my view as I drove home from Work, along the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway> When I saw it, I knew I was almost home.

    I'll never forget it

Your mind is in the same place as mine, especially with the anniversary coming up. Hence, my new avatar.

Unfortunately, I think too many have forgotten.
If it weren't for the United States Military, there would be NO United States of America !

Some may forget, but the real faces, voices and memories of it all lay in a permanent resting place is our minds. I mayself remember taking a connecting bus from Newark that went into the central bus terminal that was located in the WTC. I almost rode to the top, but a nice older security gentleman noted I wouldn't haven't enough time to go up and come back down being what time it was. I have a picture of that trip when I visited NYC to see my Sister in Brooklyn where she was going to University. I had someone snap a picture of us. The East River behind us, a fall day and sort of cool, the snap and capture on one of my most cherished photographs... framing the left hand side of the picture are both towers ... I wanted to make sure they were in the pic. It was the icing on the cake, the one single (well dual) symbol of America and our awesome free enterprise system.... the twin towers. The image below is not my photo.

I don't even like to watch 9-11 viseos, it's so dark to me. But for those who think this is repudiation and redress for foreign Interventionism and all the nasty crap America has done this to the world, you're all crazier than the terrorists... and scarier because you are alive and foment this nonesense.
