Town Clerk Johanna Coleman Metz has written her Legacy -

As Breezy continues doing what a Party Lap Dog does best - Bark - Bark - Bark !!!!!!!!!!!!

The Pre-campaign "scheme" is now Official: "This is not a Campaign Issue" - its a "MORAL ISSUE" !

Town Clerk Johanna Coleman Metz has sold out for her bag of silver. There is no denying that fact anymore - they hid it - Breezy/Giza and others denied it and now they applaud it - they have no choice ! - she has now signed her name and its official.

She will collect $3000.00 tax dollars a week
$500,000.00 tax dollars for a four year term

Now her Town Board Pals have to vote to accept her resignation - then they too own the deed !

This also implies that NYS gave her the needed waiver to avoid the income limits. So they too own their part of this scam against the tax payers and working home owners.

It goes way beyond our Town, as you pointed out ! These people just keep proving they are out for them selves.

$800,000.00 tax dollars to buy the Police Departments Political actions

This is the tax dollars for votes system you all been trying to hide
    - this is Town Clerk Johanna Coleman Metz's Legacy !

She is Officially Town Supervisor (Double Dip) Johanna Coleman Metz

    Did she need a waiver???
A retiree who is more than 65 years old does not need a pension waiver to earn more than $30,000 per year from a NYS municipal entity.

Correction - she didn't get a waiver ! She still schemed and hid her intentions from voters and tax payers. When she raises our taxes we can feel better because she didn't get a waiver and will blame everything on past Supervisor Foduli - Hooray for her !

    But she will still collect:

    $3000.00 tax dollars a week
$500,000.00 tax dollars for a four year term

    Compilation of a few articles I read ! -

Hiding this "Double dip" scheme involves ethics, morals and character -

In my opinion we need elected and appointed officials that do not have a conflict of interest. We need public servants (not public employees) that will do their jobs based upon what should be done and not how it impacts their wallet or the wallet of their friends and families or the person sitting next to them.

We have now created a government that is conducted by a majority of individuals that benefit financially directly or in directly from their decisions.

Ethical restrictions should apply to anyone who profits from their relationship with government, whether it involves a salary, a pension, or other tax funded benefits, like a commission, a retainer or a contract !
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Next time our Town Board Controllers sit there and say - "The cost of employees are killing us - we don't have enough reserves because we gave $800,000.00 in back pay to the Police"'(But she will try and blame that on Supervisor Foduli even though the Police Officials refused to negotiate with him and the deal was back-doored in without him) .

or - "we all have to sacrifice for the good of the Community" -
Remember the new Supervisor will collecting [U]$3000.00+/- tax dollars a week !
$500,000.00 for a four year term (If she finishes it )

When Town Hall claims “there is no additional tax money from us for the Town Clerk Johanna Coleman Metz's Pension - and they say,"The (retirement) money comes from the state.” because its their friend doing it - they apparently forgot that it all comes from taxpayers!

Is this what taxpayers voted for ?

It wasn't back-doored, Fudoli was part of it too. Fudoli and the Dem board were responsible for not having reserves dedicated to union negotiation results. They all were responsible.

OMG, here we go again, the obsession continues, yet under another posting by 4248. Let me see, whats it about??? Oh,its about double dipping, go figure.

Yes, the Supervisor elect hid the fact she was the Town Clerk and was running for Supervisor, NOT!!! She been there forever, what did you expect she was gonna do? I could see if she was a no show politician and collected a check for not showing up and did not earn her retirement. But she did, plain and simple, she earned it. Good for her, but I guess bad for you. Not to long ago I believe Lancaster had a no show politician, hmmmm, lets see, he collected a paycheck for not doing a job, name slips me, any help, anyone???

As for the 800k paid out to the Police, a third party arbitrator made the decision.....let me guess, the arbitrator was in on the plan to discredit Fooldoli also. HAHA. The plot thickens. Coleman played no role, so drop it already. Dino is the boss, or soon to be was the boss, sweet. The burden falls on him as with any leader, he has earned it also.

You are right about one thing Frank, Coleman has been there forever. She is a career politician. Term limits would prevent this kind of practice, which is now labeled, "double - dipping."

    Funny!

Hey, Beans and Franks, he's probably sore because Coleman kicked Dino to the curb, and 4248 may have been licking Dino's dirty boots all summer long because 4248 needs one more year to qualify for another public pension under the rules of the NYS Pension System.

With fours years as Town councilman, 4248 would need one more year for the five-year minimum public pension because his first public pension as a former firefighter is separate from the public employees pension system.

Maybe he's just taking it out on Coleman because all his efforts at keeping his pal Dino in there failed miserably.

Hey, 4248, maybe Gallivan can hire you for one more year!!!!! Is that why you're not attacking him???????

If there is nothing wrong with Double Dipping - why hide it ?

You people show just how desperate you are to cover this scheme !

Your just upset because every step of your Giza guided slime campaign was predicted - with spot on accuracy !

The $800,000.00 Police pay back deal was exposed.

Your slime filled personal attack campaign was transparent and expected -

Town Clerk/Supervisor Elect (Double Dip) Johanna Coleman Metz has been exposed:

Theres no guessing any more - its all out in the open ! Your deals and back door deals will be properly exposed every move you make. Every patronage post you fill will be displayed and dissected in public

You can try and blow smoke using and reusing old exaggerated lies and personal stories - have at it ! The tax payers saw how you people manipulated the Police Officials ! You cant hide from your games any more .

You also offer many misdirection and misinformation about where Town Clerks/Supervisor Elect (Double Dip) Johanna Coleman Metz's pension check comes from :

Fact - Her pension was funded by tax dollars from Lancaster Home owners. Her tax funded pension cost was a part of our home owner taxes each year.

Fact - Her pension checks will come from a system that Town Home owners taxes will continue to pay every year - for as long as you own a home in Lancaster !

99% of what Breezy posts related to her pension is misdirection - the only truth he posted is she will collect it !

Her combined tax funded income will be
    $3000.00 tax dollars a week
$500,000.00 tax dollars for a four year term

Now her Town Board Pals have to vote to accept her resignation - then they too own the deed ! It goes way beyond our Town, as Franky pointed out ! These people just keep proving they are out for them selves.

God forbid someone dedicate their life to public service. What do would you say to a firefighter, police officer, highway worker or someone in the military that makes a career out of their chosen field. Very bitter you are and possibly jealous. Move on and live your life. Term limits,a joke, vote them out if they suck. People must like Coleman or just hate what a mess your fellow short stuff Dino did for four years.

Franky asked:"What do would you say to a firefighter, police officer, highway worker or someone in the military that makes a career out of their chosen field"

Personally, i would never put them in the same class as a "Double Dipping" Politician.

I would thank them for "working" for us and being a professional.

I would applaud them for playing by the rules and earning every dime they received. What does that have to do with a Politician "Double Dipping" ?
