I'm wondering if they slide a lot of them under buildings. There's nothing under the Parks budget or recreation or youth bureau, supervisor, etc.

The Boys and Girls club cellphone billing wouldn't be under the town's budget. They're a non-profit organization.

Their telephone expense (cell or landline unknown) for the period of 11/1/2013 - 10/31/2014 was $7054

The inquiry was about the cost of cell phones – not cell phones + land lines ($62,000) or land lines ($42,000).

For cell phone use only the cost is $19,600.

$19,600 is not a prohibitive cost considering emergency response time and productivity gains of having a cell phone on hand.

And no, not all town employees have cell phones.
