Maybe patronage is sort of expected and excepted by some ? I don't agree with it or believe we should turn a blind eye to it - how about you ?

So lets look at MILLIONS and MILLIONS of documented wasted tax dollars and tax breaks that shifts the burden onto home owners.

Or one of the most convoluted boondoggle of all - The Purchase, multiple refinancing of, IDA Loan Forgiveness and failed management history of the former BOCCE Building and adjoin property extending to and including much of West Main Street in the Village. There's so many IDA irregularities - like arranging even the down payment - forgiving part of the mortgage so the managers could then refinance at yet another bank or secure County Financing and tax breaks.

Management so inept - while over charging the Town for space used by the Building inspector and the County for space on West Main Street - they tried to evict the Sav A Lot store - even though they never failed to pay their rent.

They let the building on the Aurora street side decay to the point it was condemned and tax payers were charged to tear it down. Why ?

How could the Town and Village Officials cause this to happen ? Here's the fascinating part - Some Town and Village Officials were actually being paid to manage and maintain the property - yes they received management checks - consultant checks and at one time the Head Town Building Inspector received pay for working there, while he was the full time building inspector(among other things) ! A Town Lan Dem Councilmember was the manager and he got a check as well !

Now lets recap the $13MILLION dollars the Lan Dem Town Hall Controllers helped secure for the "Buffalo-Lancaster Regional Airport"

The name sounds like something big - "Lancaster-Buffalo Regional Airport"

But drive east on Walden - slow down and look behind the bush's as you pass Pavement Road. Behind the fenced in tree line is a small hobby airstrip - slow down - be careful of traffic ! Yes, those tin sheds and little air planes is what your looking for and that's after a $13 Million dollar tax funded expansion. Your tax dollars !

This was brought to us by the Lan Dem Town Hall Controllers - for a little over a few hundred dollars in campaign donations - a nice dinner at the airstrip honoring our local Lan Dem Officials - they got over $13 MILLION TAX DOLLARS IN GRANTS - no not loans - grants - free money and you helped pay for it.

Oh wait - they got more - then they bought more land and expanded - yet their taxable value and yearly taxes went down! They received lower assessments from the Town - lower tax bills from the Town - lower school taxes from the Town.

Most Town tax payers under stand the Town is supported by tax dollars - if one person gets a tax break - everyone else has to put in more to cover it. I guees with a church or such organization we don't mind - but a privately owned - limited use air strip for hobby fliers ?

How about one Town Board Members relatives having Town Employees and money spent on their property ? Would it be fair if your yard and the yards of your neighbors were flooding - then when you ask for help - the Lan Dem Town Hall Players say, "We cant help you - its your property - you bought it - you should have known better" -

But all of a sudden you see Town vehicles and workers behind your neighbors house - they are installing drain tile in the ground. Not behind your house just your neighbors house !

When upset neighbors go to Town Hall they are told, "Well we did that because water from the Towns right of way was going into their yard !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We didn't see the same problem in your yard ! "

So you get a flooded yard and your Town Hall related neighbor gets tax funded drain tile !

Its time for a change in where our tax dollars go folks -
