They're going to insulate it good and put a soffit under it. They're going to start drywalling soon. This is on Worthington in Windsor Ridge South
Who was the building inspector, Simme or the new guy, Fischione?

I'd also be concerned about any ductwork that runs through that overhang. I personally wouldn't want any in there as it can cool or heat the air depending on the season.

The new guy. My daughter-in-law said he sounded very disinterested. In fact, she pictured him as sitting at his desk drinking coffee with his feet on the desk. First her father called him and he said he had to speak to the owner. He said he doesn't have a plan for the house so he wouldn't know when he inspected it that the foundation didn't follow the blue print.

second last house on the left?
I think it's #47. Pond behind it to the right .

That's a flat out lie. They keep a copy of every approved drawing.

That's how they found the mistake. They were putting a heat vent in and found there was nothing underneath it. They've moved that

Maybe, he meant he doesn't take one with him for the inspection.

Does the house construction meet municipal code or are we to understand that close is good enough in Lancaster to pass inspection?

gorja, was it Scott Pease or Matt F. who inspected the property? I can't see the CEO having his feet on the desk when a taxpayer comes in, however we have witnessed Scott Pease doing that with coffee in hand.

It was a phone call not in person. So very laid back
