I worked on a construction project at DuPont in Chattanooga and we had to go through a safety course on the first day. There were these concrete ditches all over the plant that were about a foot deep and 2 feet across. In the meeting, we were told that if we ever see any liquid in the ditches, don't breathe, don't touch and don't look at it. Just run. It was apparently over flow for some chemical for a DoD project.
Let me articulate this for you:
