My wife and I attended Love's Labour's Lost a couple of weeks ago. It was our first visit, after promising ourselves each summer that we would go. We will be going again....and again....and again...as new productions are brought forth.

Never having seen this play performed before, we had nothing to compare it to. On it's own merits, I would have to rate it a very good production. On the downside, the view of the front of the stage from our vantage point was poor, especially when actors were lying down in that area. At one point, my wife said "Where did they go?"

All in all, I would say this is a performance well worth attending. Just try to claim a spot where you can see the front edge of the stage.

It's long--we were leaving at about 10:25. Quite a few people left at the intermission. You certainly don't have to stay for the whole thing, if you have something better to do elsewhere.

My wife and I attend every year and take dinner.
Great performances from our local talant and they do a wonderful job with the productions.
Even if you do not like Shakespeare, I hated reading Shakespeare, you may find the plays fantastic versus trying to read the damn things.

No, I've never been to a performance. Sounds like something I might enjoy.
