Given your rules - you just admitted what was posted is true.

You claim when a person doesn't openly refute whats posted - its a tacit admission.

You also claim if a person doesn't have a complete outline of their plan - any words can be added - thats how you play.

There really isn't anything wrong with this concept. Housing stock does get to a point where the cost of repair if far greater than what the home/property is worth. Not all but some.

What nogods is ignoring is that "green space" doesn't produce revenue to cover the costly labor contracts the Cheektowaga Democratic Party have already saddled us property/business owners with.

Truly what does most of our town budget cover? Labor costs. Right?
