    Interns Needed

    He needs interns

    Dear Friends:

As you may know, my office offers excellent internship opportunities for interested
    individuals of all ages.

Most interns are college students who complete the internship for college credit,
but we have also hosted high school students, graduate and professional school
students as well as individuals from the community who are interested in learning
more about how state government works and in having an opportunity to give something
    back to the community.

You can learn more about the internship opportunities on my website at
www.samhoyt.com – click on the “intern with sam hoyt” banner.

If you or someone you know might be interested in interning with me – for credit or
not – please contact Monica Pellegrino on my staff who supervises my internship
program. She can be reached at 852-2795 or at monica@samhoyt.com

    Best,

    Sam Hoyt

Volker gets his interns by taking a crap on a rock and waiting for one to hatch. Spitzer is a joke, and Byron Brown is a Louis Faracon want to be.Now Hillary words cant describe.

If they are short and interesting I'll post them up. If they are just pages of dribble that NO one will read I won't waste my time.

Also, posting a long press release in a middle of a thread didn't seem like the proper thing to do.

so what you're saying is, hypothetically, if you received (lets say) the May 2006 cash report released on June 15, 2006 from the office of State Comptroller Alan G. Hevesi you wouldnt post it cuz its "too long" ... even though it has accurate state finances explained in detail?

here's just one of many peices to that report.

The largest Local Assistance increase was in Social Services grants. Spending is $744 million higher than last year, an increase of 7.9 percent. The two significant factors contributing to this increase are: raising the State share of Family Health Plus costs in New York City rose from 50 percent to 100 percent as of January 1, 2006, and the fact that nine Medicaid payments were made through May 2006, compared to eight through May 2005.
one of higgins' latest press statements include:

...he secured $500,000 from the Transportation, Treasury, Housing and Urban Development (TTHUD) appropriations bill for Fiscal Year 2007. This funding will be used for design for the Main Street Bridge in Buffalo.
how can anyone know more about it if things arent explained?

and who would decide if something is too long? you?

its like saying you'll limit what is posted to create a thread basing it on your opinion of both "length" & "dribble". oh, BTW- have a blast at "sam's clambake"

This has nothing to do with Sam Hoyt needing interns.
