A crucial meeting to determine whether the proposed development of Buffalo's Outer Harbor moves forward is set for Wednesday afternoon.
The timing is considered critical because Wednesday is also the self-imposed deadline for the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority and Buffalo Lakefront LLC, the chosen developer, to hammer out a master agreement. The agreement is the next step in a long process that could see all 120-acres of the Outer Harbor area developed into a mixed-use center with residential, commercial, recreational and retail components.

Call me crazy, but I'm guessing the only thing that gets "hammered out" today is an extension to that deadline.
Remain calm!! But run for your lives if necessary!
