No surprise, the neighbors didn't want it there.
In a surprise move, the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority has shifted locations from its proposed, new Niagara Falls bus and transportation hub.
As a result, the transportation center that was supposed to be along the Military Road site of the recently-closed John's Flaming Hearth restaurant has been moved about one-half mile away to a property along Factory Outlet Boulevard where a Grossman's Lumber store once stood.
According to deal negotiated between the NFTA and Benderson, the developer has agreed to assume the rights to purchase the John's Flaming Hearth property for $1.3 million. The authority will build the 6,000-square-foot bus station and lease the property, under a 25-year-deal, from Benderson.

People who wonder if the glass is half empty or full miss the point. The glass is refillable.
