The plows have been out since 8 last night, no town/city can handle what we have been hit with.

if your north of walden avenue, stay there, most side streets have 4-6' snowbanks in front of the roads... 4x4 with limited slip axle = stuck

literally nothing is moving. stay home go sight seeing tomorrow

Is the town going to compensate defend and indemnify them? Will they be covered by sections of the vehicle & traffic law that give plow drivers almost absolute immunity for accidents? Just asking'.

"Fish fry Mark" aka Mark Wegner personally plowed my street and neighborhood. Put that in your haddock and smoke it! LOL

Totally agree. Maybe a snow blower attachment would have been a wiser choice versus a hover craft. Think of the wind chill on that hover craft rescuing people on the thruway.

I mentioned this in another post - by now there should be a specific plan for dealing with a snow disaster storm like the blizzard of 77. I'm not expecting the roads to be cleared in any set amount of time, but there should be a plan for an orderly management of the problems that can be perceived from such storms.
