That has been happening around the country. Once they get states (predominantly liberal states) to get ID's issued, these illegals are using the cards to vote for Democrats. We now live in a banana republic. Many races have been decided (in favor of dems) because of voter fraud from illegals.

Obama is quietly preparing to allow for 34 million illegals to be given legal status and voter cards. This will doom the USA to a third world, one party nation. Any true American, either registered Republican or Democrat, needs to vote republican this tuesday to reign in this out of control President. He is abusing his power. The President is not supposed to make laws, only the Congress can do that. But he doesn't care, and Obama is hell bent on fundamentally altering this country forever.
Proof Obama is going to do mass amnesty after the elections:

Obama Administration Is Quietly Preparing Amnesty ID Cards for Up to 34 Million Illegals
Even though there has been no action on amnesty ahead of the election, the Obama administration has begun preparations to issue millions of work authorization permits. Here is what the proposed ID card might look like:
Unnoticed until now, a draft solicitation for bids issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Oct. 6 says potential vendors must be capable of handling a “surge” scenario of 9 million id cards in one year “to support possible future immigration reform initiative requirements.”
The request for proposals says the agency will need a minimum of four million cards per year. In the “surge,” scenario in 2016, the agency would need an additional five million cards – more than double the baseline annual amount for a total of 9 million.
“The guaranteed minimum for each ordering period is 4,000,000 cards. The estimated maximum for the entire contract is 34,000,000 cards,” the document says.
