he NFL has had a bad few months.

It turns out that defending domestic abusers and refusing to change an unquestionably racist team name is not acceptable in the 21st century.

And now a movement is building to correct another ridiculous injustice perpetuated by the National Football League.

Sen. Maria Cantwell (D-Wash.) just introduced a bill that would eliminate the NFL’s ridiculous tax-exempt status—in response to its refusal to address the name of the Washington Redskins.

The bill has the support of tribal leaders and thousands of Americans who are tired of paying more taxes so that the NFL can continue to be classified as a non-profit.

Will you join us in supporting this bill, and finally revoke the NFL's tax-exemption?

Just like Obama, Kennedy and other Dem office holders she's trying to use the tax code as a political tool against someone she doesn't like. Aside from that is the NFL a not-for-profit, is it tax exempt or does the idiot sponsor of this crap even know the difference?

But the idea that "defending" racism and abuse is grounds for it's NFP to be revoked is totally missing the point.

The NFP should be pulled because it has conned the idiodic and gullible public to spoon feed it taxpayer money while they net billions for themselves.

Or the public could educate itself on the merits of spending tax money to build stadiums and so on. No...no...that would be too much to ask.
