    It's only used about 10-12 times a year now, so it really doesn't matter, it's for football only, not a hotel attached, nor a shopping mall, a convention center, etc. It's a big ole white elephant in our room...in the way..

    I hope that's not the only thing keeping people from getting on-board with this. The old stadium would not be my concern in the event of a new stadium being built and as dgrzed implies, the old stadium isn't really being used now except for the Bills homegames. I remember when the big rock bands Summer Fest or Super Fest used to appear their during the summer, that facility is now exactly 40-years-old. The renovations will give it a bit more longer shelf-life, but don't be looking at it as a safe permanent home.
