Regional gas prices keep slipping (ever so slowly)

Gasoline prices have dropped another cent and a half in Western New York.

A gallon of gas is selling for an average of $3.807 in Erie and Niagara counties this morning, according to the latest figures from the American Automobile Association.

That's down from $3.823 a week ago.

Gas prices have been slowly declining for the past month or so. The Buffalo average on June 28 was $3.852 per gallon, four and a half cents higher than now.

AAA issues daily price estimates for metropolitan areas across the country, based on its analysis of credit-card purchases at self-service stations.

Here, after a few weeks of steady but slight decreases from about 3.59 down to 3.25, it shot up to 3.49 the other day.. for no reason.....

Talked to a friend in Florida today asked him about the gas prices south of the tampa area.. He said gas is $3.15 been falling about two cent a day from a high of about $3.65 a month ago.
Call these goofball politicians in this area as them way the gas prices aren't falling around here... .. see if they say your at the end of the pipe line...BS

Go down NF Blvd. towards Robinson Rd . Gas is still around 3.81 gal. I would think the gas station owners are taking the people to the bank., I called Higgins office yesterday and the girl said he will look into it.

Hamburg area seen $3.69 lowest I seen around so far. Price on a barrel has been falling everyday but not gas prices around here. Delta Sonic one of the cheapest stations around have not lowered prices in the last ten days. Two things going on around here from what Im told again the 2 brothers that own NOCO products on river rd are keeping the prices high and the gas station owners org don't want to budge on prices so they are all keeping all gas prices higher here.

Genesee and Transit. Mobil $3.67 filled up today.. Mobil on Genesee and Union $3.80 so you have two stations same product two different owners but one is holding the price up. Holding prices high in this area on purpose I would have to believe so.

just got back from a little road trip.. as soon as I hit the PA line cheaper gas as I moved my way into southern PA $3.45 then headed into WVA about the some fueled up $3.22 then went into VA and to my location $2.99 and $3.02 .. Then came home today and went by Delta Sonic came down 2 cent what a joke.

I call Higgins office about gas prices in this area.. the girl said he is only concerned about the inner and outer harbor and burning up tax payers money on it.....
