NY senator SCHMUCK! Calls For Federal Investigation Of Gas Price Gouging. ... he will ask to launch an investigation into why prices are so high in WNY. Wow!! didn't this goof ball look into this before and came up with the end of the pipe line BS..
Someone is making a lot of money off the people in this area off these prices, and the area politicians are turning there back on it...

WOW .. 11 cent fall in a day ... delta sonic walden $3.14 kwik fill transit near Genesee... $3.15
Now the station across the street from delta is at $3.30 price gouging? Mobil across from the KF is at $3.25...

Its the station owners that have been gouging the people in this area by not dropping the price of gas.. The oil companies have been dropping the prices but the stations don't want too.. Barrel of oil was at $ 74.00 at the close on fri.

The talk was private contractors snow plowing during the storm .. price gouging yes and its getting looked into by the state.. not feds..

gasoline price gouging no one has looked into nothing or price fixing on gasoline, state officials have turned their backs on the gas prices like the local goofballs they crawl under their desks when this is mentioned...
chris Collins believes its the high tax in this area for the higher prices ... idiot. and people vote people like this in office around here..

    Cheekman,

It's both. Some gouging and taxes. I would like to know why is it ok for the "government sector" to price gouge but not the private sector? What gives?

interesting how many years have the these Sheiks screwed Americans on oil prices .. now they will keep prices low for certain countries BS. hope they choke on there oil. Barrel of oil fell another 30 cents at the close on wed.. now under 74. 00 a barrel.

OPEC decision will keep oil prices low & hit Russia, Iran, US – experts
RT -- Russian officials and experts warned that oil prices will remain below $80 per barrel for some time, after OPEC’s decision not to cut output. It will hurt the economies of Russia, Iran, and Venezuela – and deal a blow to shale oil production in the US.

OPEC announced on Thursday that it will not be changing production levels, leaving the daily output ceiling at 30 million barrels despite oversupply concerns and soft oil prices.

so this will be about the forth time A.G. Schneiderman will look into the "Mystery" (what he called it)of why WNY gas prices are higher than any other part of the state and second in the nation. also sen. schmuck calling for a fed investigation on high gas prices... I can tell you the problem someone or politician is getting paid off all these years to keep the gas high and ripping the people off. This should be a interesting out come. At least they wont be able to use the end of the pipe line BS.

today in Oklahoma gas hit $1.98 a gal... our average is $3.22

Says the teacher with nothing better to do.

On another note: The AG told Ch.2 that "his office has nothing to do with gas prices."
