Perhaps the world is wierd today because people took acid back then.
My daily thought to ponder
In the 60s, people took acid to make the world weird. Now the world is weird and people take Prozac to make it normal.
People who wonder if the glass is half empty or full miss the point. The glass is refillable.
Perhaps the world is wierd today because people took acid back then.
My daily thought to ponder:
Sometimes silence is not golden--just yellow.

Hence the terms like free love, flower power etc... Today, people take Prozac because the medical field thinks its a good drug to give to you people who are under so much stress these days. The difference between the 60's and today, we in the 60's had less stress until you went to the war.

nothing poetic or any fancy reason I took Lsd because it was a real cheap high. the colors were fantastic and the gold fish did special things to the cat. did you ever get a ticket for going 25 in a seventy zone and think you were out running the cop. or fly for a couple of hundred feet after jumping off the curb. got arrested once for swimming with some model fleet at knotts berry farm, some fool told them I was hitting the ships with pink flamingos.
we bought it on strips of paper like candy dots it came in many colors and you had to make real sure you only took one or two at a time. no forgetting the world or rebeling just plain old boredom and wanting to try something differant over and over and over for pure enjoyment
One good thing about growing old is your secrets are safe with your friends they can't remember them either
