It's just that I know for a fact that the state police use the helicopter during the summer.

And I know for a fact that there have so far been 5 shootings in the city since January 1st that were never reported in the news, and one was a near fatal.

I had a friend get shot walking through Gluck park and I didn't even know about it until I saw him walking down the street in a cast.
