    waterfront development

Did anyone catch the news the other night about big plans for the waterfront? I was half asleep and saw them interviewing Brian Higgins and he was saying this was something that WAS going to happen, not just be talked about. He said in 2 years people won't recongize the area. Or was I just dreaming this? I haven't seen another thing about it.

You heard correctly, but it still remains a dream.

I didn't see it, but I have no doubt that ol' Brian will continue to sell his vote to the Bush Administration for more pork barrel projects. My hope is that in two years, Higgins is no longer my Congressman. He won't get my vote again.
