WCP, do you have a rendering of this building? You usually do.
Of course...
But I can't release it until tomorrow. But- here's a preview:
Looks pretty good. I'm disappointed that it's only five stories but, this is good infill development.
Its appropriately sized for the area...their old design was four stories. If you love modern, this building will be alright by you.
The design can be seen here:

Uniland courting M&T for Delaware Ave. site
James FinkBusiness First
M&T Bank is being courted by Uniland Development Co. to serve as the anchor tenant for the company's new downtown office building.
While officials from both M&T and Uniland are mum about the deal, real estate insiders say the bank is eyeing a proposed Delaware Avenue building as the site for new downtown offices. M&T, which both owns and leases space in a number of downtown buildings, is at capacity in the central business district.
Uniland has been working plans for a proposed 116,800-square-foot building at 285 Delaware, a vacant parcel next to WGRZ-TV and near Chippewa Street, for the past few years.
The $10 million project has taken on a new sense of urgency in the past month as sources said Uniland is close to inking a deal that will clear the way for construction to begin.
"There's been a lot of interest in that site," confirmed Tom Widzinski, Uniland spokesman. "But, we can't offer any news on the prospective tenants."
Construction is expected to start later this spring.
The five-story building comes with 33 below ground parking spots and another 71 surface parking slots.
The building will be completed early next year.
Uniland and M&T have a close working relationship.
Last summer, M&T named Uniland and local businessman Mark Croce designated developers for a Franklin Street parcel it owns. The two entities are considering a number of proposals and concepts for the parcel.
Perhaps this new building will spur some good use for 325 Delaware next to it.

They're looking at leasing office space in the building. I don't think they'd open a branch there- they closed their branch at Chippewa and Delaware a couple years ago. That is a half-block away. I heard that M&T wouldn't be taking the whole building, Uniland is talking to law firms about leasing there as well. They must be confident of securing leases, previous plans were for four floors.
