My only issue with the casino is:
If I can't open one up no one can. Plain and simple.
I think I'm going to sue NYS and George Pataki for $1,000,000,000 dollars for not allowing me to open a casino.
I have more than enough money put away to open up a small casino. I even know people who will consult with me from thier various years of visiting casinos.
I feel my rights to prosper here in NYS are being violated in NYS and Erie County. Why can the people who own the Seneca Gaming Corp open up a casino business but not me? Because they are Seneca Indians? I'm italian/polish NYS resident. Because of my race I'm being discriminated against.
Who else here would like to open a casino and feels discriminated against?

Pataki should have been a little more thoughtful in coming up with the agreement but he did not. It all goes back to the land claims the Native Americans demanded because the trust held by the government for the Native Americans was never paid out.
This issue is a lot deeper then the right to put up casinos… You want NYS to hand over Buffalo and Cheektowaga to the Native Americans and then we would have to pay a rent for living on their lands…
You have been reading too much of Dtwarrens posts. They are starting to have a bad affect on you.I think I'm going to sue NYS and George Pataki for $1,000,000,000 dollars for not allowing me to open a casino.
When the Buffalo casino opens up you will be more than welcome to join Dtwarren and me at the black jack table. 250 bucks min per play for 20 plays, 6 decks of cards, deal has the right to hit on hard 17. I would probably feel luckier there then playing the MegaMillions or PB. will win the big one one day.I have more than enough money put away to open up a small casino. Save it for the bird songs… They were given permission by the governement to do so. You do not have permission to do so. Go dig up Thomas Jefferson and take up the issue with him.I feel my rights to prosper here in NYS are being violated in NYS and Erie County. Seeing how Las Vegas can destroy multi million dollar perfectly good hotels and put up Billion dollar resorts, I would say there is profit in the venture.

$330 million dollar Buffalo Casino! Wow! Has Buffalo seen a project that costs this much in our area??? I would have gone with 110 thousand square foot casino floor myself but 90 thousand will do.
All the Anti casino people and lawyers will be standing on the property border as the supplies come rolling in. Excuse me please step aside the flatbed has a wide load on it thank you… As long as you are just standing there toss me that guy rope.
