Will all these new homes and families share the same sewer system ?

Has any study been done to calculate the amount of increased sewage the pumping station at Pleasant View west of Stony Road can handle ?

I know the Town loves to segment each subdivision as if they are magically separate - they ignore the accumulative affects on water pressure - road usage - sewer and water issues - so has anyone seen a study that would show the overall affect on the infra structure.

Now - we all know the "Happy New Home Buyers" don't think past the landscape - their so excited to get into there new residences.

Do they know all the run off from the soil stripped Uniland Property on the south side of pleasant view will be traveling through their new neighborhood ? Do they know downstream flooding in Ellicott creek can lead to their sewers backing up - or if the pumping station fails - what they flush just might end up in their basement wash tubs.

I know - this isn't new - some will say they should have known better - they should have done their home work before buying a home in Lancaster !

Last point - do you think they know the land south of Pleasant view near Pavement is zoned commercial and could some day soon be a buisy industrial area ? What about all the fun little planes flying over head.
