Aside from Superintendent Richard Reese?

Who is more qualified and what makes it so?

Is it "Work Ethic"
Is it "Party Affiliation"
Is it who is "Endorsed"
Is it "Education"
Is it work "experience"

Or does it all boil down to "This guy is your only choice"

Was this case a assault of a Federal Officer correct then why is it in a Town Court? Was this a federal charge?????. This is B.S. Was it a gun charge ???? isn't that a Federal charge going to Federal Court???. Getting dirt without Permit as this man is was charged ????? The might be taking Richard to THAT BAY Correctional place for Water boarding.

As I understand it: Lancaster Town Judge M.Montour removed himself from the case because of obvious conflicts(Politics) - I applaud that decision - he needed to wash his hands -

The charge is a misdemeanor - its not for "Guns" as stated in the media (he has a legal gun license, another fact glossed over)- its about a unloaded - derringer - he himself admitted was being kept in a second floor room in his home.

No charges are accusing him of ever trying to, or threatening to use violence against anyone.

Many people have guns passed down or given to one family member from another. They some times don't understand that even some "antiques" need to be registered. Many people are under the false assumption that just because its old and never used or carried - it doesn't need to be.

I believe in the end - when all is said and done - Lancaster Highway Super R.Reese will be cleared of most if not all charges. (They will have to justify all the attention, so thats why I say "most if not all")

Just remember - their aim was not to prove his guilt as far as his operations in the Highway Department - it was to remove him in this falls elections - they have done that - Unless otherwise dictated by the Lancaster Demo Employment Committee, Council Member Amatura will have his job. - (OH ! I mean after the fall election show)

Mr.Reese is guilty - guilty of believing he could rise above "Politics" - guilty of believing as long as he performed his duties the taxpayers would support him. Naive enough to believe if your honest (when law enforcement knocks on your door) that you will emerge unharmed.

He should have made public the list of names and favors he has seen performed over the years for the "Politically Connected"

If God is just - the people responsible for this assassination will pay for their deeds.
