    Conflict of interest or not, you be the judge.

    Acting as a spokesperson for residents who believe there is a conflict of interest in having an engineer employed by an engineering consulting firm sitting on the Erie County Sewer District #4 (ECSD #4) board, I asked the Town of Lancaster Supervisor Robert Giza his thoughts on the matter and to request Robert Labenski consider resigning from his appointed, non-paying position.

    I'd say let Mr. Labenski stay on. We have to simply trust sometimes.
