Where is BPD actually sending out the warning or the requests for citizens to do anything? Are you a police officer? Somebody related to the BPD somehow? Do you have a link to the actual warning?

i was told by strob personally about this. cases have been reported. he requested citizens to be aware. he requested more people be aware. parking lots. on the street. call 9-1-1 on anything suspicious.

Who the heck is "strob?" And why can't "strob" put out an official release?
