Lancaster Highway Super and FBI

What the hey is going on in the Town of Lancaster. Reports that the Town of Richard Reese, Lancaster Highway Superintendent, has been taken in by the FBI and that the Feds have searched his residence, town highway offices and town hall. Anyone know what's going on...or how high this may go?

Looks like another corrupt WNY elected official got busted.

Accusation of the FBI probe is that he took scrap metal proceeds meant for the town, and pocketed it for himself.


These friggin' people, they start acting like little kings after they've been in power for awhile. I cant stand it anymore!!

YOu know why? Because they all do it at some level.

I remember when I questioned Mark O at Miltons restaurant. Mark O is addicted to "overtime". I questioned it. He didn't want me to FOIL all the information and asked me to go to lunch. He blurts out "They all do it" like that justifies his 10,000's in over time. It's a mentality some government employees have. As long as it's legal go for it.

Thats why they will retire or resign before a conviction to save their pension. Spitzer did it Thought hes a millionaire anyway why loose the NYS pension, and just recently Judge Makowski they resign trying to make themselves look good but the public does not know they are protecting their pension.
