    I guess you mean me. Got my new assessment went up to $100,000.00 dollars, mortgage went down by $100 dollars making me a possible seller now.

    No, The link is down. try it later, then click on the 800 line and it will list the types that are included.

    I see a lot of utility stuff when I looked at the entire state list.

    Also, banks will not allow a mortgage to close on a house that is overvalued. It works both ways.
