Not to bust the TS bubble (he is calling a press conference for tomorrow), Amherst is not the only one getting $$$ to be used for specific items (maybe not for what he would like to use it for). According to WGRZ it is broken down by the following:
Erie County: $2.963M
Buffalo: $2.736M
Amherst: $1.104M
Cheektowaga: $718,800
West Seneca: $650,800
Tonawanda: $544,700
Hamburg:$187,300
According to the article the money is suppose to be used to make residential & commercial bldgs, transportation (including traffic signal usage) more energy efficient, strengthen building codes & inspections, etc.
