Unfortunately, we didn't teach people to fish "responsibly."

The NYS DEC advises against eating more than one serving of fish per week from any NYS waters in WNY because of chemical pollution from a century "non-government job creators" dumping their crap into our waters and air. Some waters in WNY are designated as "don't eat" any fish from those waters.

So we better also teach people to farm because if we only teach them to fish they'll starve.
