The Seneca Nation of Indians announced with much fanfare that they intend to open a fourth casino in the Catskills 90minutes from Manhattan. They even made much to do about their first meeting with representatives of the Governor's office on this venture. However, yesterday the Governor said that although he is he is "not interested" in moving ahead in talks unless the issue of the collection of cigarette and gasoline taxes are resolved.
