This is from another thread. In general what type of patronage would one find at the ECWA?They were still taken care of. Patronage is alive & well at ECMC & at an all time high at that. ECMC is a much more fertile patronage dumping & hiding ground than even the Water Authority.

There is no patronage at ECMC. OK?

ECWA is a panel (the Authority) of appointed people who make policy decisions regarding the city/county use of water. I believe everyone on there are heavy donators to political parties.
It's veiwed as a second job, the one that suppklements to the tune of >$25,000/year w/expenses & a car.
