Fire all public employees and turn it into a competative open market from the private sector.
Things would get done in a more efficient manner with less waste.
Then if things get corrupt we can actually put people in jail.

If we didn't have a control board wages wouldn't of been frozen Jim now would they? Is the cost of the control board less than all the money saved from raises? A lot of them are not. Some of them were political suck ups when they were younger. Some never even had a real job in the private sector before becoming a public employee. Maybe that's why some of them don't like to be held accountable for thier work. They were never in the private sector to know that you have to be accountable for the work you do.

You didn't need a control board to freeze wages. City Blue didn't get a raise for three out of the four years before the control board came in. The year we did it was one percent.
