If someone is running for office and would like an announcement to run for a week email me and I'll post it up.

Here are a few examples that were up.

On Monday night, May 6 the Orchard Park Republican Committee endorsed Dr. Patrick J. Keem for Supervisor.

Democrat and current Supervisor Janis Coarusso was given the chance to interview with the "OPGOP Search Committee" and was supported by several people on the Republican Committee looking for a cross-endorsement deal with the Democrats. Keem however ended that plan with his stunning victory over Colarusso at the endorsement meeting. A rematch between the two will occur on November 5 in the general election. Keem lost to Colarruso by only 87 votes in 2009 while having only the Republican line. This contest should lead to a very interesting summer in Orchard Park.

Joseph Brainard, the Republican candidate for Highway Superintendent, is co-owner of Double Down Transportation Services with significant experience in both union and non-union workplaces. “Bob Leary, Patrick Sportelli, Anthony Cervi, and Joseph Brainard represent some of the best and brightest individuals in the Town of Lancaster and I am proud to stand here today to announce the endorsement of these candidates as our slate for Town government,” said Chairman Matthews. “Our community has been dominated by the same group of people for 20 years, this year we offer the residents of Lancaster the chance to build a new majority in the Town of Lancaster. This new majority will fight for the residents of Lancaster and join Supervisor Dino Fudoli in controlling reckless town spending and restoring fiscal accountability and transparency to town government.”
